3rd Feb 2019 (7 years ago)This estate agents manage the property I am in at the moment. I cannot fault them. They have always been on point with their services eversince I moved in. There were a few teething problems with them at the beginning but then things started to smooth out. I find myself always bothering Krishan with repair issues, he is very patient and deals with these matters very quickly and efficiently. This morning (Sunday) my hot water and heating stopped working. As soon as I text Krishan and told him he was onto an electrician straight away. Moments later the company called and told me they would be here within 30 mins. By 12 he was here and fixing the problem. All of this within 2 hours. So yes very helpful indeed so I would highly recommend them.
3rd Sep 2014 (11 years ago)I will NEVER use this estate agency again to search for a property.We secured the property with the manager called Dawn by paying £450.00.She sent us our referencing documents which we were in the process of filling in.She also sent an email confirming we have the property subject to referencing.I therefore handed in my notice at my other property and found out a week later she had taken another group as they offered more money!!What is the point in a securing deposit when it is not used to secure the property.When I called the manager to discuss the situation she would not give me a chance to speak and spoke to me in a very agressive manner.Use another agency!

5th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I was planning to visit Mansion London Limited to discuss a high-end property I found on Zoopla (which was also featured in News Shopper). However, when I searched their 15 Stratton Street address to find directions for my visit, I discovered it appears to be a virtual office and mail-forwarding service rather than a dedicated physical brokerage. This red flag prompted me to do some standard due diligence, and I ultimately decided to walk away. I checked their publicly available Companies House records (Company No. 08294606), and their most recent filings show a business in heavy debt with significant negative retained earnings, zero physical assets on their balance sheet, and relying on bank loans and overdrafts. There is a very stark contrast between the elite, luxury image they project online and the actual financial health and physical presence of the corporate entity. For anyone looking to buy or sell luxury real estate, I highly recommend doing your own thorough background checks on the corporate entity before handing over any money, signing contracts, or trusting them with high-value assets.

Very untrustworthy - hiding key information from you and losing all sense of morals just to get a sale through.
