21st Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)This estate agent is a joke when it comes to marketing properties and getting tenants for landlords. I made the terrible mistake of being lured in by Japan Services’ low fees vs. the high street nationwide companies. First they took almost a week to implement small changes to the contract, the flat photos for the ad were taken ON A PHONE BY AN AGENT are were just as disastrous as you’d expect: badly lit, terrible angles, not cropped. So the ad was a disaster. For all these reasons they failed to get a SINGLE VIEWING in 3 weeks. Let alone an offer. And didn’t even get in touch to discuss a price drop. In general, their communication was abysmal. After giving Japan Services ample time I hired a high street agent who had dozen of viewings within the first 48 hours and three offers in less than a week. I 100% regret ever working with this estate agent and they proved correct every negative stereotype of incompetency in this industry. If I’d just gone with a more expensive high street agent I’d have made back the price difference due to my flat not sitting empty for weeks. Do not repeat my mistake. I dread to think what they’d be like actually managing a property…

He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!

27th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)There was a hole behind the kitchen built-in shelves and every day mouse got in through the hole. I told them to send engineer to fix the issue but their answer was maybe you are not clean!! So, I had to move out because of that but they didn’t give my deposit because they said you should stay more than 6 months with mice. They are extremely impolite and rude. One star is too much for them.- 16th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)I moved into my flat in June and had a great experience with the sales agent, Kevin. I wasn't made aware at the time of move in though that the landlord doesn't actually use Chase Evans for repairs. I flagged that my shower head holder was broken and a safety hazard during my inspection on June 1st. It is now September 16th and I still have not been able to get someone to come repair it and the shower head has hit me on the head, leaving a bruise multiple times. The property manager, Andrew Karayiannis, and his manager Bethany are claiming they're doing all they can do but they rarely return my calls or follow through on what they say they're going to do and they're unable to get an appointment set. I have tried going through the landlord's person directly but he is unresponsive as well. This is by far the worst property management experience I've had in the UK and in the US. At the very least, make sure you understand if Chase Evans actually manages the property or just avoid altogether.

I would absolutely recommend working with Chloe if you are looking to work with an agent who will provide complete transparency into the letting process and reassurance that the flat will be looked after and well managed.
