18th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Difficult to be sure but we have the impression that the house was shown to viewers with, we guess, not much effort at selling. Feedback on viewings had to be extracted by phone call and was usually minimal. Lots of viewings but not a single offer!

Unfortunately we didn’t secure a sale but I honestly don’t believe this was because of the estate agents, just bad timing. Would I use Kent’s again? Yes I would!

21st Jul 2026 (20 days ago)We had such a great experience with Woodward and Bishopp even though we went through all the ups and downs of a difficult market. The whole team are so friendly, approachable and straightforward that they take some of the challenge out of the process. The staff are transparent about whats happening - and despite being great at marketing they dont spin you any annoying yarns! They are the estate agents you would wish for!!

There were a few hiccups over the 7 months it took for us to finally exchange, but both Jeanette and Annabel were on hand the whole time to help us through it. Their friendly professionalism and knowledge of the buying and selling process was so reassuring, and we are both really grateful for your guidance. Thank you!
3rd Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)We’ve just put our home on the market and I wanted to give some feedback in the form of a review regarding our experience so far & also our photography session yesterday - Friday 29th May. Nick from the Canterbury office was covering for a colleague so had to travel to Herne Bay & was absolutely brilliant!! He was professional, friendly & supportive throughout the process. He talked me through, & took me through the photography process easily, naturally & confidently and it was so interesting to see how it works! We have indoor cats that mean the world to us & Nick was so respectful & understanding of this and I really appreciate it. Also, I’d like to say a huge thank you to Harvey from Herne Bay who has been incredible. He’s such a genuine guy with real enthusiasm for what he does & it absolutely shines through. He’s been consistently supportive & helpful and is making what is realistically a stressful time a lot easier! Rueben from Herne Bay was also extremely polite & professional on our initial first visit to the house that we hope to own! He’s been really communicative & has kept me in the loop with progress so far. I feel people are far too quick to complain these days but rarely compliment, so I wanted to share my experience as the guys are all amazing and an absolute credit! Cris.

This is above and beyond just an estate agents, I couldn't have been helped anymore when getting my tenancy last week to the point Andy gave up his bank holiday weekend to spend in the office correcting a few issues that were no fault of the agents at all to make sure my moving day still went ahead just 48 hrs later. I honestly cant praise this estate agents enough. I would highly recommend 100%. Friendly and so helpful.
