26th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)Worest,,,,please don't choose this agency My experience with Kube Homes over the last three months has been nothing short of exhausting and infuriating. I’ve dealt with problem after problem, and every time I reached out for help, they either completely ignored me or responded with excuses that made it seem like everything was my fault. Instead of taking responsibility or offering real support, they brushed off my concerns like they didn’t matter at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and be treated with such a lack of care and accountability. At this point, I’m beyond disappointed — I’m just tired of fighting for the bare minimum.
29th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)The company is horrible. They are not interested in anything. They are very unprofessional, not responding to emails or phones. They are not refunding a deposit and finding unrealistic excuses not to refund the deposit. I won't recommend anyone to work for the company. Very very bad experience.

They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.

27th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Agency was great throughout our tenancy in terms of communication and maintenance. The issues I had were after we moved out when it came to our deposit. They flipped my mattress to find an old stain which they then tried to charge me for. The mattress had not been flipped before I moved in or during my tenancy so I was able to dispute this. I am a young professional and the flat was in excellent condition when we left. It needed a professional clean which I was happy to pay for. Our tenancy was for 2 years and there was a small amount of expected wear and tear (eg. a few unnoticeable marks on the walls). The agency said they needed to repaint the entire flat and took this out of our deposit. I have rented with a number of letting agents whilst living in Manchester and they were the only one who took a significant portion of my deposit.

Not only did they find the perfect family to buy our home of 27 years but they were there 24/7 to solve any problems that arose during this stressful process. Any call at any time was not a problem, they were there, not just on the phone but personal presence, which was amazing..again!. We cannot thank Andrew and Charlane enough..Thank you!!..”highly recommended” “don’t go anywhere else!”

22nd Nov 2021 (4 years ago)some of the most reliable agents I've met! these guys are quick, they found my tenants in less then a week! super honest company, professional, great value for money. There knowledge on the property market is extradentary. would highly recommend to all landlords.
27th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)"I do not recommend this agency as they are deceitful. We lived in a house with leaks, mold, and a constantly malfunctioning boiler. Repairs (except for the boiler) were never conducted. In the end, they asked us to leave and didn't return our deposit. The agent was with us during the move-out, claiming everything was fine (we repainted and cleaned the apartment, but moved into a DIRTY, UNRENOVATED place). Scammers! Avoid them."
