14th Sep 2018 (8 years ago)Very poor experience with this office. Terrible service stemming from terribly poor management. I have had my offer accepted by the vendor nine (9) months ago and contract exchange has not yet taken place! Still ongoing. Branch manager Andrew Wallington who should be dealing with the project, continuously on leave and taking days off. Just a general lack of involvement. Even incompetence has its limits. I have had to personally chase for updates for the majority of the 9 months with Mr Wallington's colleagues, who of-course scarcely know what is going on. Finally, I have come to a position where I am forced to bow out. Having already raised this issue with the Regional Manager- Jacqui White. Her response was essentially it is a "busy office", there are no "notes on the system" to confirm [my] complaints and if you remain dissatisfied, refer your complaint to the customer relations manager. I will now be taking this up with the The Property Ombudsman. I certainly will not be contacting Haart for any further dealings and would recommend this office only as one to avoid.

From the very beginning, They were professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.<br><br>Buying a property can be stressful, but the Rainham team made the experience much easier by keeping us informed, responding promptly to our questions, and going above and beyond to assist whenever needed. Their patience, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out.<br><br>We truly appreciate the support and guidance provided from the initial stages right through to completion. 7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency and would not recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.<br><br>Around two weeks ago, I contacted them regarding a property that was clearly advertised as having allocated parking. I have screenshots and proper evidence of the original advertisement and all the communication regarding this.<br><br>Based on the information provided in the advert, I proceeded with the property and paid a holding deposit. However, when it came to completing the contract, I was suddenly told that there was no parking available and that they had only applied for a parking permit.<br><br>We waited and followed up again two days later to ask whether the parking permit had been arranged. Instead of receiving a professional response, we were spoken to extremely rudely and the call was eventually ended. We were then simply told that they could no longer offer us the property and that we should take our deposit back.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that we had spent almost two weeks dealing with this property based on the information they had provided. We had also raised concerns about the poor condition and dirt inside the property and were told that this could not be dealt with either.<br><br>Because we genuinely believed we were moving into this property, we had already informed our previous landlord that we intended to leave. Their poor communication, lack of transparency and unprofessional handling of the situation caused us significant inconvenience, wasted time and unnecessary stress.<br><br>The way both the person handling our application and the manager dealt with us on the phone was completely unacceptable. Basic professionalism, communication and customer service were seriously lacking.<br><br>I have retained evidence of the advertisement, communication and the issues mentioned above.<br><br>Overall, this experience was a complete waste of our time, money and energy. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent a property.
7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very poor and unprofessional experience. I had two separate appointments booked - Friday and today (Monday) - with a confirmed reservation and a confirmation message. No one showed up on either day and no one called to inform me they weren't coming. When I called to ask, I was simply told they "forgot". Complete lack of respect for the customer's time. I would not recommend this company.

Naz made sure that we were in the property and that everything was sped up, so that the transition was smooth and that I was comfortable ready to give birth. I cannot thank her enough for doing this for us so quickly. Normal businesses close at 5pm, She was still texting us at 9pm to make sure that we were happy. Amazing service from an honest family business x
