More or less 0 communication from them.Do not let your property with them, as soon as they sign you up, they don't care about you (landlord) they only care in collecting they'r cut . They are not interested in doing property chec ups, etc.... really really terrible evil people at that branch.- 19th May 2026 (27 days ago)Just wanted to mention Julie and Kirsty at the Hornchurch branch have been amazing throughout the whole journey buying our 1st home. Answering questions and chasing up when needed. Cant fault these 2 amazing ladies. Highly recommend. If you're looking to buy in the area, they will guide you through the whole process.

As first-time buyers, we had so many questions and uncertainties along the way, but they were always patient, understanding, helpful, and informative. During our property search, the team were very proactive in sending us properties that aligned with our requirements. From the very first viewing all the way through to post-completion, they supported us with the same energy and care from day one. We really built a great relationship with them throughout the whole process, which made such a stressful journey feel much easier and more personal. Any queries, questions, or problems we had were always taken seriously, and they genuinely made an effort to help solve them quickly and professionally. Both Charlotte and Josh were very professional, approachable, and supportive. Selling a house can be stressful, but their communication, knowledge, and calm approach made the whole process feel more manageable. Unfortunately, we had to remove our house from the market for personal reasons, and even though by then they had sold our property, they fully understood our situation, and we never felt they were disappointed we had to pull out of the deal. We really appreciated this and would highly recommend both of them, and Beresfords Estate Agents, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Whether it was answering queries quickly, keeping communication clear between all parties, or helping navigate the inevitable challenges that come with any property purchase- he handled everything with patience and professionalism. As first time buyers, having an agent who was honest, reliable and genuinely invested in getting the deal over the line made an enormous difference. She’s been super encouraging along the journey of buying our first home, leading us to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She has been super informative and lovely to speak to. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday! The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.

From our very first conversation, Amanda was refreshingly straightforward.
