I’m a conveyancer and have been working in conveyancing for some time now, so I’ve dealt with countless estate agents. Unfortunately, many tend to leave everything to the conveyancers when it comes to chasing updates and progressing the matter. Dave has been outstanding throughout this transaction. He provided consistent updates and was extremely helpful in supporting the sellers with even the smallest matters, particularly when it came to obtaining documents and information from third parties, and ensuring the buyers’ requests were easily manageable for the client. This was also a chain of 8 properties, yet Dave stayed proactive and involved throughout while many other agents in the chain seemed content to sit back. It genuinely makes a difference working with someone who is engaged and committed to helping keep things moving. Dave was exactly that. Highly recommended.

19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds

A shout out to Connor who did a few friendly showings and Chris who kept on top of sale the sale and communicated so well, nothing being too much even when I email bombed him! Thank you both. From keeping me up to date with what is going on with the sale, solicitors to answering any and all questions I have had. Cannot recommend them enough, if I had to do this all again I would 100% pick Haart!

Excellent communication throughout the process despite deteriorating market conditions and a house close to the railway line that put off several viewers

Chased and spoken to reception over 5 times, agent never calls back. We have since re let the flat with someone else and someone has moved in. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

As a family of five, we had a lot of moving parts and very specific needs, but they truly listened and only ever showed us properties that made sense for us. That alone made such a difference. What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared. They were always there — whether it was answering questions, giving honest advice, or just reassuring us through the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and you could feel they were fully invested in helping us get it right. Their knowledge of the local area was also invaluable. They didn’t just find us a house — they helped us find the right home, in the right place, for our family. We are genuinely so grateful to Gino and Conor for everything they did. Five stars doesn’t even come close to reflecting the level of service and support they provide. If you’re looking to move, you won’t find better people to have in your corner.

13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Just awful. Very friendly when I walked in to their office to ask for a valuation of my property in anticipation of selling. After that it was just all downhill. Zero communication from that point. Agent who came to do the valuation arrived late (no apology), whizzed around the house in 5 minutes to then tell me that it was completely as he had expected (why bother coming at all then), gave me a verbal valuation and then nothing was ever heard from the agent again. There are 10 physical estate agents to choose from in Harpenden. This should be your tenth choice, or lower if you want to use the online agents instead.

10th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I called Jamie at One Call Property Solutions Ltd to fit blinds which i ordered from Blinds Direct. It came with top fit fixture to fit within the recess. This meant the screw had to go through the lintel which was a difficult job. Jamie made it look easy and fitted the blinds on the same day. This is my second time calling them with bits and bob around the house. They do amazing job and leave the place clean as well. Looking forward to using the again in the future.
