Playing games, not fufiling contracts and Oliver and manager there were engaging in clear unethical service practices and disgusting customer services carried out. They represent an dodgy estate perfectly. Nothing else positive.
7th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)We recently purchased our grade2 home through Compass Elevation and we have to thank Mark Sheffield for making the process from our sellers side as smooth as possible. He was always available to show us around the property while we decided if it was the right move for us and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had in purchasing this grade2 building. He liaised quickly & effectively between us & our seller keeping us all up to date at all times and answered all our questions. I genuinely felt Mark cared & thanks to him we are now settled into our new home. I highly recommend Mark.
22nd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)As a buyer of a property in Letchworth, Lane and Bennetts were absolutely fantasic. It took me 10 months to buy my house, throughout the process they were efficient, communicative and really supportive towards me. Always a friendly voice at the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble. My first buyer fell through after a few months so it wasn't a smooth process. Lane and Bennett were able to negotiate with all the different parties in the chain to make it happen. Big thanks to Michael, Patricia, Paula and team. Now living in my dream house and loving it.

The process wasn't easy (a lot of bumps in the road) but Rosie was proactive and reassuring and we got there in the end! The rest of the team are great, and Naomi also went above and beyond when I had a issue. Thanks so much team!

23rd Apr 2026 (11 days ago)We have just sold our house with Chas Lowe having failed to sell over the course of a year with another, much bigger firm. We were glad we made the change. Our house had an unusual layout which doesn’t appeal to everyone. James immediately suggested several changes that made perfect sense and were implemented immediately. We soon realised that any estate agent can gather viewers but it takes resilience and a certain talent to get those viewers to buy your house. After sales, especially with tricky buyers , is where Chas Lowe earned their cut ten fold. Anthony was absolutely excellent. These guys clearly know their business. They are straight talkers and get the job done. We absolutely recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services if we ever move home again.

The service I have received has been outstanding and I am impressed with the “due diligence” they have undertaken. Giving the changing legislation affecting landlords, I feel confident that IW Estates will ensure compliance with the law. I also expect that my tenants will have confidence that issues arising with the property they are renting will be dealt with in a timely manner. My point of contact is Ellie Smith and she has been outstanding in terms of advising me, creating new tenancy agreements and meeting my tenants. I know that she is supported by others in IW Estates and my thanks go to them as well as to Ellie. In summary, in my view, a highly professional Company who do everything “by the book” and deserve to do well in the highly competitive lettings business.
