Dean goes through every information thoroughly, gives us great advice. Dean advocated us through our whole journey from the beginning to the end. After that, Lucy supported me through the move?in and was always quick to help resolve any issues I had. I really appreciated how responsive she was and how smoothly she helped get everything sorted.
Both Rebecca and Lucy have been wonderful to deal with, and I’m genuinely grateful for all their help in making the move?in process so much easier.

5th Nov 2026 (3 days ago)UPDATE- Trading Standards are reviewing the listing regarding misleading information.
An image of my property appeared on a listing, I requested the image of my property be removed and was assured it would be. I was offered an explanation that it may have been pinned as a location. I find this explanation confusing as my postcode and street address are different from the listed property. Having checked a number of times and sending a number of emails, the image of my property is still visible on the listing. I feel ignored and that my request has not been taken seriously. The image of my property has been on the listing for a month, which leads me to question whether uploaded information is checked?
Furthermore, the listing is misleading to potential buyers as the image of my property appears above material information relating to the listed property, such as number of bedrooms and council tax band. Not very professional at all!
