21st Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Honestly avoid this branch. We moved into our place a month ago with venerable and the management has been shocking. Even you log an urgent issue you just get completely ignored .The contractor they given endless excuses about being away or having accidents and don’t show up on the time he promise . They literally do not care about you at all once you sign the contract and move in. Zero communication and terrible customer service.- 6th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)We recently sold our property through the Morley branch and they were fab. They looked after us as first time sellers, and the entire office team were always so on it. Didn't sell straight away but had plenty of people through the door the whole time. Paige is an absolute star and went above and beyond, as did Megan. We will hopefully never move again but would use William H Brown again if we did

11th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)From start to finish the experience of purplebricks was terrible and more stressful than the process demands. They used a cut and paste description of the property that was completely false and uninformative, alongside photos that were missing to cover the rooms properly. This meant we had to write the description and take our own pictures despite us having paid for them to perform this service. Once the house finally went live onto the portal they had it listed over the value we had agreed. Purplebricks were not helpful in getting feedback after viewings and a key issue is that the portal does not allow to block out days on the calendar. This meant that we were getting viewing requests when we were on holiday that we were unable to rearrange. I would not recommend to anyone looking to sell, the cost saving of using this provider is reflected in their disinterest in proactively marketing and selling your property as they have already been paid.
