It is currently on the market with another estate agents after being with City and County for 3 months with only one viewing. Lack of communication was there key area they need to work on as well as knowing there market well and getting potential buyers

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. It wasn't the most straightforward of circumstances given the current economic climate, but Lewis showed great resilience and achieved a great end result for us including the exact kind of buyers we could have hoped for. Certous, empathetic, clear communicators, transparent and ethical. Wish more were like this. Our purchase through them was complicated to say the least; yet they were always solution driven and did not make me feel A wonderful team to work with. I never felt that I was on my own.
