Just had a 3d scan done on our house and it's amazing how it's done. It's just like walking through it everything looks so good

I have never known a company like this ! I wouldn't even rate as 1 star if I didn't have to. It was like they were working for our buyers not us selling. I was hassled by phone calls as our buyer wanted to know what was going on (as did we) then asked to ring round chasing other estate agents and solicitors...I'm sure that was what I was paying them to do, each time telling them the whole process was making me ill and I couldn't cope any longer. Then last minute on a Friday night I got an email from our solicitor telling us it had all fell through...not even a courtesy call from home to let us know, then left for a whole weekend upset not knowing what was happening. I would NOT recommend home estates to anyone...stay clear !!! A bad experience and a wasted 5 months.

Hyde taylor & woods sold my house with no problems, perfect transaction in every way, they also found me my new house, from start to completion I was informed step by step, I cannot thank them enough. Very professional/ extremely competitive rates,I would definitely recommend them.

VERY VERY VERY POOR. Asked to view a house no agent called back and then CALL AGAIN to get update, no reply....shocking! It's not hard to keep people updated, must be company policy no to call People back!

Absolutely fantastic estate agents. The appraisal was made by Rebekah who was very professional friendly and enthusiastic about selling our property. They showed all of our viewers around our property which was so convenient and meant we could work and carry on in our leisure. I was provided with email feedback on a daily basis which was very efficient and helpful. My calls were always answered and I was always called back and spoken to in a friendly manner. Very nice people. I also spoke to Amanda and Debbie who were very helpful and guided me through the process. It was always a pleasure to speak to them. I never felt that I was an inconvenience. They were enthusiastic for the sale and they did what they said. To top all this off they were the most reasonably priced agents in terms of selling. Wouldn't hesistate to recommend them. Made it a pleasure and would definitely use them again.

After making sure everywhere was nice and tidy for the arranged 9am appointment, to ring the office at 9.30am to find out why they hadn't arrived yet only to be told the lady was in a meeting she had forgotten about and they'd have to rearrange! They didn't even have the courtesy to pick up the telephone to explain this!

Selling my apartment through Bridgefords has been the biggest mistake of my entire life. Saddest part is that I didn’t realise it at the time. My quality of life has significantly decreased since this time last year. I initially thought the Bridgefords staff worked efficiently in securing a quick sale. However, in hindsight my property was on the market for a price significantly lower than it was worth. Hence the many viewings I had were on the back of a stunning property on the market for a bargain price and not reflective of any real effort on their part to mitigate the extremely high fees they charge. I’ve ended up selling to a cash buyer rental investor. A friend of mine spotted the property on Rightmove soon after the sale and I was gobsmacked at the monthly rental income. My buyers are making a killing! I should have hung on to the property as a buy-to-let investment. At no point, was this ever suggested to me. I practically gave my property away and the kick in the teeth is that they even used some of the same professional photos (that I paid for) in their ‘flat to rent’ Rightmove listing. Bridgefords are significantly more expensive than other local estate agents. I feel duped and have lost a lot of money. I’ve sold a perfectly good apartment and regret moving. My experience has been a valuable life lesson not to trust anybody and to beware when estate agents charge a flat fee. They really don’t care what price the property sells for; they ultimately only want their fee and if you sell to a buy-to-let investor which allows the property to stay on their books as a rental property, it will be in their interest and will convince you to not accept the best offer in order to encourage a quick sale. I stupidly even gave away high end appliances with the flat. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but there was nothing wrong with the property and I didn’t need a quick sale. I feel like I wasn’t given the best advice. Although I was paying the high sales fee, I feel like the agents were not working with my best interests. Its as if the agents forgotten who they are actually working for. It’s a sad world we live in that the sale and purchase of valuable assets such as homes seems to bring out the worst in human nature. My experience doesn’t help the general negative perception of estate agents (i.e money-grabbing scum of the Earth). I only wish I had one which valued the wellbeing of clients over their own fees and personal commissions. I sadly didn’t get this at Bridefords and I will forever curse the day I set foot in their branch. My life would be as it was one year ago; a much happier one with money in the bank and working appliances in a beautiful clean home. I sadly gave that all away. My problem is that I spend all of my life trying to please others. That is a personality quirk that is viewed upon by others as a vulnerability to be exploited. I’ve thought long and hard for several months before posting this review but I pride myself on my honesty. I have felt great misery since the day I moved out of my flat and feel I should share my opinions. Most positive reviews on here are from buyers. and thought I should share my experience as seller for balance. If you are reading this and are considering selling your property too, then use extreme caution. Im hoping to get my life back on track but will definitely not be making this mistake again.

The girls in the Hyde office are fantastic (Wendy and Gaynor), very experienced and always kept me updated whenever I needed to know where things were up to. I would highly recommend them whenever I'm looking to buy or sell again.

Unbelievable service from everyone at the Hyde branch I had contact with from my valuation with bryan to being kept up to date with progress most days with Andy and occasionally Maddie. Also the support and help feom kevin the mortgage advisor. Such a professional service who I would highly recommend and use in future. I have nevee sold a property before and they had so much patience with me explained everything along the way. They care so much they even offered to help with our onward purchase even though they didn't have to. Your move is the way forward in estate agency.

I signed up with Your Move in Hyde after not being very happy with my previous agent. I initially met Bryan who's professional and enthusiasm really impressed me. The valuation, pictures and description of the property on the Right Move/Your Move website were really good and really showed off my property in good light. The property went up on the market and within a week, or two we had more viewings that the previous agent arranged in three months! I have been kept constantly updated by the agents in the office, with both Andy and Maddie being fantastic in providing me with the feedback from the viewings. I also found their website a good source of information, as I could view how much my property was being viewed on Right Move and also on their website. I have now sold my house and am really pleased to say I have received the full asking price. The staff in the office have again been great, with Andy, Bryan and Maddie guiding me through the whole sale process. If your looking for an enthusiastic, professional, hard working Estate Agency, then I would look no further than the fantastic team at Your Move in Hyde. Thanks guys for all your help....
