10th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)We've had a fantastic experience so far with Abbotts Estate Agents. A big thank you to Darcy, Hayden, and Brady for their hard work and support throughout the process. They're proactive, confident and genuinely care about being about to meet your expectations and requirements. They've been quick to respond to and deal with any issues and always put 110% effort and energy into making sure you're a happy client. They managed to secure a buyer for my property within just a few weeks, which was incredibly impressive, especially given the current market. On top of that, they also helped us to successfully secure an offer on a new house through them, making the whole experience smooth and efficient. Communication has been excellent from start to finish. They kept all parties well-informed and are always quick to respond to any questions we have, which has, so far, made a potentially stressful process feel much more manageable! I’d highly recommend Abbotts to anyone looking to buy or sell. They're a professional, proactive, and genuinely helpful team.

12th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My family rented a property through Belhus, they have experienced so many problems. The property had a number of H&S safety issues that should have been fixed prior to them moving in, but nothing was checked properly. Walls and fences falling down, windows falling out, blocked drains; the house is a total disgrace. The Managing Director, Katy Adams, is rude, patronising and has the attitude that they should be grateful when contractors attend. I have really never known anything like it! One star is a very generous rating, if zero had been an option I would have chosen that as a rating!

18th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Unfortunately did not have a good experience. Poor communication. Experience on offer described when we signed up to them was not delivered. House was not sold but it was more the experience during this time that has led to this review.
23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.
