The team are clearly very knowledgable, organised and have always been on hand to answer my questions and reassure any concerns. Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend

I gave them an apartment complete with everything to manage and it was returned to me empty. they also took away the television and the microwave oven, as well as the table and armchairs and various furnishings. the tragic thing is that I was told that this is how it is used in London. I think it's theft.

21st Aug 2020 (5 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.
2nd Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)All the staff including Robert, Julian and Megan were exceptional and very transparent when handling this sale for me as it was my first one. They were very professional and patient towards my questions and made me feel at ease with making decisions. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone.
13th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)Since signing contracts, unfortunately the service I have received from Stone has been seriously lacking. They seem to be unable to provide me with up-to-date information on delays to the development, do not respond to emails and I don't believe are passing on my concerns to the Developer. It feels like the minute I signed they lost all interest. I have raised these concerns directly with them but there has been no improvement

11th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025. I would recommend this estate agent as their approach I feel is more effective than other estate agents overall.
