21st May 2026 (30 days ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.
16th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property

5th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I’m trying to sell my current house and wanted to view a property with Belvoir . They refused to let me view the property and told me only 45 mins before the viewing as my current house is not sold yet. Ive never had any other estate agency refuse me a viewing for this reason .I wouldn’t recommend this company at all . 0 stars.
