From start to finish they were very friendly ,professional and a pleasure to work with and just can’t fault their commitment to making the whole process go as smooth as possible. A special mention to Luke for all his hard work who went above and beyond for us throughout . I would also like to thank Ellie for her role in the process keeping us updated and her communication throughout and the rest of the team who made a stressfull situation a pleasant one . 17th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)I saw a property, enquired, arranged a viewing, viewed the property and showed an interest. I asked the agent whats next and she said, I will discuss with the owner of the proerty and get back to me. After 3 days, sent a message asking if I like the property. I was confused, why? Because, I have already told you I like it. The next day, I called and she said I have to inform the owner. So I asked, does it usually take this long? She said, the owner is just being careful. I thought about it severally and just did not understand the whole saga but now its more clearer.

After recently dealing with another local agency where the service was unfortunately quite poor, the experience here was a complete contrast. Sophie Toynton was nothing but professional, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. She guided us step by step and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Sophie and the rest of the team truly provide a five-star service. I would highly recommend Leaders Spalding to anyone.

Most of all we were kept up to date all through the process, so confidence was high throughout.- 22nd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)one star is one star too many! Rang to arrange a valuation on a Monday- Tom advised would confirm appointment with a later call- Tuesday- no response- called- got answering machine, Left a message. Wednesday 1500 still no call to book. Obviously don't need customers with such appalling customer service!! In response to their reply. PAUL JAMES spoke to Tom, who said he would speak to Sarah, responder, to review. If we hadn't rung and spoke to them how would we know their names! We left full address details emails phone numbers. Too late now as basically calling us liars. Happy to send screenshots of dates and times the calls were made! As we are most certainly not lying! Maybe ask Tom why he didn't follow up on my husbands call to book a valuation?!

He answered all my questions promptly and even helped me get in touch with my solicitors when I was struggling to reach them. I would highly recommend them, especially Matt.

Told him I had one ccj continued the conversation. Asked why we were leaving the property. Early release due to being uninhabitable, with proof and a letter from my agent, suddenly, no no we can't deal with you. His tone was demeaning from the beginning, little did this "bloke" know, id call him a gentleman but he's not , I own my own business, yes Im poorly at present but not forever but we weren't good enough, even with a guarantor. One day life will get tough for you! I hope someone makes you feel so small and worthless.very discriminative.

On all occasions they have been friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, with all questions answered clearly and in a very timely manner. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Lettings to anyone looking for a first class, professional letting agent.

7th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Every person that works in the office is extremely helpful and professional they are very reassuring and have extensive knowledge regarding the local market, we are so happy we chose Oliver Reilly and I love that he is also involved in the process it makes you feel like a valued customer when the main person at the company is also hands on in the process They are a warm welcoming office and it doesn’t matter how large or small your sale/buy is, they give 100% and it really is appreciated! Cannot fault them at all!
