30th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)Recently bought a new build in Marton, Spicerhaart are selling on behalf of E5. Dealt with new build Sales Director Graham Lang who said he would make the process as smooth as possible. Sadly it could not have been further from the truth the process was very poor communication wise, once they had our deposit for the new build they were not interested. Graham does not respond to emails or phone calls and speaking to other occupiers on the site it seems they have all had exceptionally poor service from Graham. Avoid this agent whether buying or selling they are only interested in your money, they don’t care about you as a person.

Pleasant, professional and very efficient, I was kept informed throughout and they were able to guide and advise based on years of experience. In terms of the wider team, Ben was also great, providing perspective and insight into the local housing market. Well done all !.

My main communication was with a bubbly lady called Dawn, no question was too big, conversation flowed naturally, she never seemed rush and always seemed genuinely happy to help. If I could recommend anyone in the field I would definitely recommend Dawn. Any person who encounters her will be happy to liaise with her and Beeby's should be very proud of the way she composes herself and her friendly, bubbly nature! it's very rare to find, especially in property.

After recently dealing with another local agency where the service was unfortunately quite poor, the experience here was a complete contrast. Calls always answered in a timely manner, issues looked into and resolved by Sarah or Mel keeping the process moving along as needed. Owen and Kristy accompanied us on viewings, not being local they gave us further insights on the location which was useful. All in all a pro active Estate Agent delivering a quality service.
