19th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)Poor experience with this letting agent, not helped by the tightest landlord (Kate) who wouldn't pay for repairs to be done in a timely manner, leaving our family in tricky circumstances more than once. When they do eventually send someone over to complete the work, it'll be done shoddily. I hope that £43 you managed to claim back via the DPS versus the nearly £800 you asked for is helpful :) To any renters - be under no illusion, the letting agent works for the landlord and is not there to help you in the slightest. This specific letting agents manager will suggest you scrape and replaster the bathroom ceiling (which was poorly maintained by the landlord) yourself "to make the house your own".

They were both extremely helpful with Elaine going the extra mile on chasing down on our house sale. I said it to her a few times that I wished she was selling our house as she seemed much move proactive than our estate agent. Thanks Elaine and Jasmine- 31st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Put my bungalow up for sale with Youe Move in May.Ryan did the appraisal and I found him courteous and knowledgeable.I feel he pitched the price just right.Second set of feet though the door bought it.All throughout Andrea kept me appraised of what was happening and what would be happening.Can’t praise these two enough.Great selling experience.Would highly recommend!

As a first-time business owner, I had plenty of questions, but the team was always professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful.<br>A special thank you to Becky, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. 15th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I have very recently sold my home with Winkworth Deeping and have had a fantastic experience from start to end. Winkworth were really quick to come and provide a valuation and book in pictures. They were really helpful in advising a sale price and sold my home within a week. During the sale they have also been really quick to respond to queries and kept me updated about chain progress. All the staff have been really friendly and helpful which made the experience even more positive. I highly recommend the fantastic service that Winkworth provide. They made the process so much easier.

However recently I’m not sure if there has been changes but the dynamic seems to be even better with the team and you can tell they all really get on. I’d like to especially give props to Karen and Mason as there has never been a point where their energy fails to prevail through the phone and no request is ever too much. I think Mason might be new and he seems a great chirpy chap. I will always recommend Lovelle to my family and friends and will continue to use them for any future needs.

Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

Jodie in particular helped me a lot with the sale of my late mothers home. It was a difficult situation and Jodie, Alex and the team handled it with grace which me and my family appreciated immensely. I would 100% recommend them.
