Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. I must single out Zoe, who was on the ball and an excellent connunicator, as were all I had contact with. Great service. Regards Victor and Lynn.
24th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We had excellent service from Newton Fallowell and in particular Adam Hudson. Having used a different estate agent for several months before without success we moved to Newton Fallowell and found them to be very proactive. We sold the house in relatively quick time. They were also very patient as it took quite some time to get the grant of probate and in fact it was only granted just in time for the sale. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Honestly, it was the best viewing experience ever! David went above and beyond by even returning to the property so that my husband could view it too. That level of dedication, care, and commitment really deserves recognition. His personality, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience so much better. If anyone deserves bonus points, it’s definitely David! ?????? Brilliant work, David — you were absolutely amazing! I would also like to give a massive thank you to Jaake for all his help while David was on holiday. Jaake was incredibly helpful, approachable, and informative, and he made sure I got all the information I needed. His support was greatly appreciated, and he was a pleasure to deal with. It’s clear that HAART has some fantastic people working for them. Both David and Jaake have been outstanding, and it’s lovely to experience such great customer service from a team that genuinely seems to care. We loved the very first house they showed us and put in an application, which was processed quickly and efficiently.<br><br>The team were thorough and prompt with every reply, and guided us through each step of the process. 26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Selling my late father’s house was never going to be an easy process, but Briggs were excellent from start to finish.<br>Unfortunately, the sale fell through twice before we finally succeeded on the third attempt. We were very unlucky with the first two sales collapsing, but throughout the process, Briggs remained understanding, patient and supportive.<br>Communication was consistently clear and concise, and any questions or requests were dealt with promptly and professionally. I really appreciated their continued efforts and understanding, particularly given the setbacks and the additional work involved in getting the sale over the line.<br>I was genuinely pleased that we were finally able to complete the sale with Briggs after all their hard work and perseverance. They provided an excellent service during what was a difficult and often frustrating time for our family.<br>I would highly recommend Briggs to anyone looking to sell their property.

27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Absolutely no complaints from me,it wasn't a straightforward sale as I was handling it for my father in law so a few little hurdles ,but Walshes over came these.<br>All staff from the boss to the excellent Mollie were very helpful , no long wait on the phone, emails answered promptly and they found a buyer with in a week.<br>When I come to sell my house in a year or so I will have no hesitation in Walshes marketing it
