We started to get people through the door within weeks they definitely know the local market. I would like to say a big thank you to Sarah Rhodes and Liz nothing was two much trouble from start to finish and very helpful with any questions we needed. The whole team was fantastic?????? I would definitely recommend William H Brown and would certainly use them again ????????????????

8th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I was selling a retirement lease hold property on behalf of a family member. Walmsley are very knowledgeable about these types of properties having sold them before and guided me with in-depth knowledge and professional practical advice. Kept me up to date with viewings, with regular feedback. Although the whole process was arduously longer than it needed to be, (the buyers slow Solicitor). Paula was amazing at keeping me informed, either calling me or emailing. She was patient and kind, with added humour which helped keep my spirts up when I was feeling at my most defeated. She is a super star! I would highly recommend Walmsley in Caversham to anyone thinking of selling or buying. The whole team are all nice and polite and responsive.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!- 2nd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I can’t recommend Tracy highly enough. She has been absolutely brilliant throughout the entire transaction—professional, patient, and incredibly understanding from start to finish. What really stood out is how proactive and dedicated she was. At times when things could easily have fallen apart, Tracy was the one holding everything together, constantly chasing, coordinating, and making sure all parties stayed on track. She truly was the glue that kept the deal alive. Her communication was excellent, always keeping me updated and explaining things clearly, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she always approached everything with a calm and positive attitude. If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile to get things over the line, Tracy is the one you want on your side. The whole Aspire team were very friendly, very approachable and advice asked for by us and given freely by them. Despite a slow market we eventually both bought and sold within two days.

27th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)6 stars out of 5 if that's even possible. I recently had the pleasure to work with Jack, Taylor and Ellis as part of my house-move. As part of this process (both selling and buying), we came across a number of different agencies, and the Akeman team is easily the most professional, responsive, honest, accommodating and helpful team. From viewings, to deal negotiations, to progressing the sale, they are supportive and transparent at every step. They follow-through with their promises. Bottom line, I never felt the need to "chase" them on anything, and that speaks volumes. They are simply a breath of fresh air after some mixed experience I've had with other estate agents. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell/ let their home in the area to give them a call!
