From the initial meeting with Micheal we felt assured that we were being marketed at a fair value and to the right market segment. The support from Alison, Emma and Karen has been consistently professional and friendly throughout and their ongoing advice and guidance made the process reasonably straightforward. The photography and marketing materials are very professional and honest in every detail
26th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)We started with the ‘well known large Kent estate agent’ who were absolutely dire and let us down badly, whereas Firefly gave sensible advice, were always responsive and always answered the phone. A smaller independent agent like Firefly gives you the same Rightmove coverage as those giant agents but with more reasonable fees and staff that actually care about their customers. We would whole-heartedly recommend Firefly.

6th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)Our son purchased a flat that was being marketed by Island Homes from their branch on Dock Head Road in Chatham and from the initial viewing with Molly and the subsequent re-visits with Harry to the overall conveyancing process with Shane who was our link with the seller's solicitor; the whole process was handled with an excellent degree of professionalism and efficiency; something that can't be said for our solicitor buts that another story!!! I would certainly recommend Island Homes for any sale or purchasing enquiries.

I am sure this contributed to a significant amount of viewings and an offer being put in after two weeks. David and his team kept me informed throughout the journey. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Buying or selling a house can be stressful, but they kept us informed at every stage and were always quick to answer questions or chase updates if and when needed. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just pass messages along, they actively helped move the process forward and kept communication clear between all parties. We always felt they cared about getting things right rather than just closing a sale. Their marketing is exceptional and we sold our property within 3 weeks of it going live online! They made sure to learn as much as possible about area, viewings were well planned and we had only serious buyers through the door. When it came to offers times, we were lucky to have multiple offers and Maison team were amazing at directing us to buyer that was best fit. Support through whole process was amazing with constant status update all they way up to completion and after! Fantastic team and we will df be using them for our future sales x

She had researched everything efficiently and was respectful. Riley in the office was also extremely helpful and friendly, always on hand to help us when we needed support. All the office team were helpful and friendly.
