12th Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)I am writing this behalf of my uncle because he doesn’t speak English last year he rented a flat from these people they all so speak Turkish so my uncle paid them admission fees which by law they don’t have the right to ask him for admission fees but they did why because my uncle doesn’t speak English and he’s only been in uk for one and half years and then they asked him for weeks rent 2 months deposit again buy law they can only ask 4 week’s and when he left the flat they only give his one moths rent back said to him we only had one month deposit of yours horrible people

Sophie’s been great the whole time — always really helpful, quick to reply, and sorted everything out perfectly whenever needed. Moving out was super easy as well, everything got sorted super quick and easily with her help. Been extremely happy with Metro Residential during my stay and thanks to Sophie for all her help throughout. ??????

Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

Vicky K was fantastic throughout the whole process—professional, supportive, and always kept me well informed. She made everything much less stressful and handled everything efficiently. She was supportive throughout the ups and downs of selling our house, always positive when things seemed tough and listened to our concerns at all stages. Clare’s communication was excellent and she continuously put the effort in to ensure the sale of our home. Thank you Clare! A pleasure to work with you!

We had arranged a viewing for a flat, but on the day of the appointment, we were informed that the property had already been let agreed. This was very frustrating, as no prior notice was given. Additionally, the staff member we spoke to on the phone was rude and came across as unprofessional, which made the situation even more disappointing.

19th May 2026 (5 days ago)I would recommend all friends and family to use Trish and Rich from Nested. They were so empathetic to our family situation and just the kindest people. Their knowledge of the area was exceptional. 100% recommend- 15th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
29th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have just finished the sale of our parents home and despite a few obstacles along the way and I must emphasise none were due to the Agent My Property Club pulled out all the stops to market and sell the house keeping us fully informed and up to date with sale progress and inquiries every step of the way which included weekly telephone updates .They were very proffesional and made the process a lot easier cant thank and praise them enough
