16th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Cleanliness that you have tried to manipulate the conversation over on repose to our previous review that is not the concern we have raised. Cleanness does not make a property suitable to live in, and simply adding cushions or wall decorations does not reflect the true condition of the apartment. Before moving in during the viewing, we were assured that certain issues—such as blind replacements and floor mat will be repalced. However, after moving in on 9 January, we had to report multiple problems within a week, including broken switches, door handles, kitchen leakage, poor drainage in all sinks, damaged drawers, broken hooks, and faulty blinds. It clearly implies that it wasn’t suitable for living and the basic checks has not been done, all the company did is used tenet as cash machine. Most of these issues were not resolved promptly. We were informed that the landlord was “out of pocket” and that some repairs would only be completed after rent was paid. As a result, many of the problems were only fixed by March, after follow-ups from our side. Additionally, the bathtub required replacement, which was identified by building management. While this may not have been the your fault, but the repair took over a month due to poor communication is definitely the agency fault. Bathroom was not used over a month and to get it fixed we have been required to invest significant time from to get it resolved. The issue with the blinds is still unresolved and has now been refused based on the agreement which is clearly a lie from the sales agent as it was promised during the viewing and now we have been forced under the agreement and telling that landlord is out of pocket. Overall, it has been frustrating to live in a property where we constantly have to follow up on pre-existing issues, spend our time and agent try to shut us down unethically. #move in date 9 Jan. 2026 and all the attachment proof of repairs reported on 13 Jan, 2026. Clearly company doesn’t do any pre checks.

Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!

Nick supported us through the process, and helped us get answers whenever we needed them. Nick was never too busy to help, and was vital in making sure the sale went through in what turned out to be a lengthy process. Would 100% recommend!

9th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Our experience with this estate agent, and in particular with Joanne, was extremely disappointing from start to finish. As buyers, we were made to feel like we weren't a priority, when it was clearly implied that her main responsibility was to the seller rather than providing a fair and professional service to both parties. We did everything requested of us promptly and with patience, but even basic communication was difficult, because her tone was often passive-aggressive and condescending, which made the process unnecessarily stressful, and actually really upset me a lot at times! On multiple occasions, we were pressured to complete tasks urgently, even when we were already working as quickly as possible. The final stages of completion were particularly frustrating, as Joanne was completely unreachable on the day - a moment that should have been exciting for us as first-time buyers. Thankfully, our solicitors stepped in to resolve the issue. However, the final straw was Joanne’s audacity in accusing me of being a liar and making inappropriate comments about others in the process. Her complete lack of respect and accountability is concerning and incredibly frustrating! I advise others to be cautious before dealing with this agency.

Grace as well as Amy were very helpful and always contactable at very short notice and due to this, we were able to view the property on numerous occasions, complete and exchange all within two months, highly unlikely in today’s markets. Very happy customers and will be using Roger dean in the future. 5 stars!

The communication throughout was also good. I wouldn't have any hesitation in using them again in the future or recommending to friends.

21st May 2026 (3 days ago)?Very disappointing experience with EweMove. ?I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant. ?To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused. ?I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
