The sale was delayed for months by probate issues, and dealing with the seller's accountant and solicitors was far from straightforward.<br><br>Throughout it all, Eva's persistence, communication and sheer stamina were first class. She kept chasing when things stalled, kept us properly informed at every stage, and never let the process lose momentum even when it would have been easy for things to drift. Without her, we're honestly not sure the purchase would have completed at all.<br><br>If you're buying or selling in the Diss area and want someone who will genuinely fight your corner, Eva and the team at TW Gaze come with our highest recommendation.

1st Jul 2026 (18 weeks ago)"I submitted an enquiry to view a property but never received a callback to arrange a viewing. While I understand agents are busy, a simple text or email to acknowledge my interest would have been appreciated. I hope their service is better for other clients. ??????
17th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)We recently sold our house through William H Brown, to our very first viewing. They went above and beyond, doing extra research when a last minute query came up regarding a tree preservation order, and finding a resolution both parties' solicitors failed to find which enabled us to sell. We were extremely happy with the service we received throughout the entire process. Friendly and helpful people, who couldn't have done more to help. Special thanks to Paul and Noah for all of their support.- 28th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)enquired on a shared ownership property, their advert states its available to purchase with a 5% deposit. And still does currently, this isn't the case as you can never buy a 100% share of the property there are limited lenders who would provide a mortgage and they all require a 10% deposit along with the fees. I had mortgage appointments and was told that it was available with a 5% deposit, was given figures and applied for a mortgage in principal. I was then told that the only option was now a 10% deposit, once i said i couldn't do the 10% deposit contact seized to exist. I have called Kings Lynn branch and Hunstanton branch multiple times and only been able to leave a voicemail with no call back, wrote an email of complaint and was told that the mortgage advisor would be in contact 3 weeks ago. I am still yet to receive a call or an email, i wrote another email of complaint a week ago now and have still had no response. If nothing could be done which i understand, then i would expect at the very least an apology for wasting my time. or an explanation as to why they have continued to advertise the property as being available to buy with a 5% deposit when it is not. I have tried mortgage companies elsewhere and been told the same response about the property only being available to purchase with a 10% deposit as you can never fully own the property. don't waste your time and look at other estate agents, unless you like being ignored or lied to.

14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Musker McIntyre have been my lettings agents for over 10 years and I've had a great relationship with them, as my property over those years had no issues, this last year and a half I encountered many problems, with the help of Dawn and Grace, who had all manner of tradesmen on hand to help sort out and fix the many situations I had. They were quick on the phone , ready to assist and able to come up with solutions and to find a perfect new tenant as well. I couldn't had done this without them both and they continue to support me.
5th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)H&S has a brilliant photographer who took great pictures of our house. Over 12 weeks H&S found us 3 viewers none of which put an offer in. Taking a break & will list again in Spring.

31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had the pleasure of meeting James west from WHB to arrange the sale of my late mother's bungalow in Hellesdon. James put me at ease from the start and guided me and my family through the whole process, I thought this was going to be difficult but James and the team made it very straight forward. I popped in just to see how things where going and was always made to feel more than welcome. What really impressed me that they didn't do a hard sell with constant follow up phone calls, it was a difficult time after mum's passing and James and his team was understanding and totally professional, can highly recommend

As a bit of a newbie to buying a house Kayleigh went above and beyond by advising me and recommending removals along the way etc. She was superb at keeping me updated. Kayleigh is very friendly, approachable and professional. She made the whole process easy to navigate, my thanks go out to her for all her hard work.
4th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Property went "live" and we had 2 viewings within 24 hours. Our property sold the following day. Buyers had to wait 6 months to move as we had to wait for our new property to be completed. Progress updated to buyer on regular basis and sale went through generally without bother (a few usual bumps in the road with solicitors, etc) but all completed successfully.

22nd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!

26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)100% recommended, Great to deal with from start to finish. They listed my property very well with some great photography and videos with a great write up. They done all the background checks to make sure people who came and viewed the property were in the position to be able to purchase it if they wished to. My property was listed, not only on Rightmove, but a lot of different places that got seen by a lot people in different areas as well. I would definitely use Arlington park to sell my next property.
