26th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)The service from Savills Norwich was excellent. The valuation and subsequent sale price was as assessed by Ben. All staff were friendly ,helpful and efficient.David who showed people around our property was very professional. Natalie Howlett -Clarke was outstanding, her negotiating skills were impressive, she updated us on all developments in a pleasant and very competent way and was very supportive throughout.
20th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)I enquired about a rental property and I was told that I wasn’t going to be a suitable tenant based on my age and because I have children. I note that both of these factors are directly or indirectly to protected characteristics and this represents discrimination in breach of Pointens’ obligations under the Equality Act 2010. Further I note that this conduct in relation of tenant screening is due to become directly unlawful under the new laws coming into force on 1st May 2026, so for tenancies starting on or after 1st May which the one I enquired about likely would, this is questionably unlawful now.

They made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions I had. Their expertise and attention to detail really stood out, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. I would highly recommend Strutt & Parker Norwich Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. A truly five-star experience!

With special mention to Hannie Theobald who kept us informed, updated and who handled negotiations and other parties involved with true care and attention. She definately goes above and beyond, and I believe the chain would have broken several times if it was not for her ability to listen, and find solutions. She is everything an estate agent should be, and more.

6th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Very unprofessional customer service called on the day house went on the market to request booking for viewing and got my number taking and when called back few days later been told they don’t take bookings already offer on place but couldn’t be bothered to get in touch with me to inform me .
30th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)From start to finish the team at Spaldings were excellent in the service they offered. They were responsive and on the case in the whole selling process. They use a highly professional photographer who made the most of showing the house at its best. They undertook all the viewings and dealt very well with issues over agreeing the sale. The conveyancer they recommended was excellent and once again dealt with the process as speedily as possible. Communication was friendly and professional throughout. I strongly recommend them to any seller.
22nd Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!

16th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I was not empressed to poor commucation and also the new changes in renting rights fail here with this estate agents regards to everyone whom have a booking to view a property should be able to see the property and have a chance to apply, to which did not happen my viewing was canceled due to the property was letted. Then i was kind being push to view different property to which i was not interested in. The council says try private rented places whilst my application is being change due my sitution that has changed. So i will be informing council of poor excuses i was given that was given in our email exchange ...
