18th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)This is easily the worst estate agent experiences I've ever had.<br><br>This is purely from the experience of trying to buy a property through them, and if this is how they treat potential buyers, I would hate to think what their sellers would make of it.<br><br>Properties are taken off the market and then put back on again, with little or no explanation. You email asking for clarification and get no reply. I even went as far as making a formal complaint to head office, only to be completely ignored.<br><br>To make matters worse, I've seen an auction property listed as “under offer” three days before the auction was even due to start. How does that happen? I appreciate that pre-auction offers can be made, but surely potential buyers deserve clear and accurate information about a property's status.<br><br>The lack of communication, the failure to respond to enquiries, and the complete lack of acknowledgement of a formal complaint have been extremely disappointing.<br><br>If I were selling a property, I'd seriously question whether this is the level of service I'd want from the estate agent representing me. Potential buyers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, and in my experience, that has been sorely lacking here.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would struggle to recommend them.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

As a solo first time buyer the process seemed a bit daunting but Jade was a huge help from the start with arranging viewings to keeping me updated throughout the process and ongoing checks which was reassuring and even checking in after completion. 28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Completed on buying a house with TWGaze last week. Everyone i dealt with was great - the agents that showed me round were always super helpful and honest. The purchase was complicated by the unfortunately poor health of the seller - Kyrena in particular was so instrumental in helping to get the sale completed and helping me to apply pressure to my solicitor, who often seemed oblivious to the urgency of the situation. So thank you Kyrena and thank you everyone at TWGaze!

And certainly on one occasion we thought that’s it’s not going to happen but joannaof sowerbys after sale section kept things holding on with some extraordinary lateral thinking during a chase for missing contract.

They done all the background checks to make sure people who came and viewed the property were in the position to be able to purchase it if they wished to. My property was listed, not only on Rightmove, but a lot of different places that got seen by a lot people in different areas as well. I would definitely use Arlington park to sell my next property.
