I was desperate to view a property , phoned up 3 times over a week , each time getting no response , no call no text no email , in that time, someone came in a viewed the property also took he property . The one time they did answer i was told there was no interest in this property, so because of what only seems as laziness , in any response, I mist any opportunity...... Would not recommend this branch what so ever

7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.- 5th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have just moved to my new home in Watton and Erin has been brillant,good communication and keeping us up to date with the progress of the move .We asked to view the house a few time (as empty) which was no trouble to her so I felt comfortable emailing and asking her.She really seems to enjoy her job a very happy person and easy to talk to a lovely lady.She is an asset to the company. 6th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)Exceptional client care from Morgan Bowen when arranging viewing of properties for sale. Always polite, considerate with great attention to detail. Excellent follow-up. Met Maddie Snell whilst viewing properties. She was very professional, immaculately presented and had all the facts about the property at her fingertips. Very impressive, although I didn’t end up purchasing the property she was very helpful.

I believe it was Courtney, Jonny and Tara who had helped me and were very informative with the questions I had to ask.- 6th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)We sold two properties through Abbots quickly and without problems. Josh was knowledgeable about the local area, professional and friendly. Did a much better job than the more expensive agent we tried previously.

30th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Rude! And cannot organise themselves let alone update records! I booked a valuation which was then rearranged as they double booked! Fine it happens but you’ve lost the potential sale, then a guy called jack / Jake calls and after I tell him what’s happened he takes it personally and hangs up after getting a strop on! It might not have been him who booked the valuation but you work for the same company and yet I’ve had 4 calls afterwards them trying to book another valuation, update your records stop calling and organise yourselves better! Ridiculous, after the fourth call and I’ve told them the feedback won’t be great you get oh ok!

We were fortunate to work with them on both the sale of our current property and the purchase of a new home, and the process was seamless on both counts. Their communication was excellent, and the team's friendly and knowledgeable approach made the experience stress-free. They were incredibly understanding of the challenges we faced in finding a landlord willing to accept a tenant receiving benefits. Throughout the process, they were supportive, respectful, and non-discriminatory, something we unfortunately did not experience with some other agents in the area. A special thanks to Andrew, who was our main point of contact. Your understanding and compassionate approach was truly refreshing.
14th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)We haven't had to go through the nightmare of moving house for over forty years but we survived the emotional roller coaster this time round thanks to Stanton Hockett. Not easy for two eighty year olds I must admit who simply want to go live near their daughter up north! We approached the move with trepidation but their approach from the outset was totally re-assuring and empathetic. Tom started the ball rolling with his no fuss approach and we then graduated to the big guns, Brad & Gavin, after they found us a young couple to buy our treasured family home. They might have been a dating agency so suited to us were our young buyers. As apparently often occurs our journey through the legal processes to exchange and completion took us between peaks of elation to valleys of frustrated despair and back again but they were there to support us when we needed it. Thank you Tom and Lewis, thank you Gavin and most of all thank you Brad for your impeccable service to us in the sales progression stage. We are on our way now and feeling a whole lot better about our future.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for.
