The team was incredibly professional, helpful, and always kept me updated throughout the process. A special thank you to Abdul and Janet, who were my main points of contact. They were both friendly, efficient, and always available to answer any questions I had — no matter how small. Abdul was especially supportive and clear in explaining every step, while Janet was always quick to respond and very reassuring during what can be a stressful process. Thanks to their guidance and dedication, everything went smoothly and on time. I’m truly grateful for all their help and can’t recommend Churchill Estate highly enough. If you’re buying or selling a property, this is the team you want on your side.
9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Absolutely terrible estate agents from a tenants perspective. They ignore all your emails until your tenancy renewal is due, at which point you’ll be sure to receive an email demanding more money for the rent if you wish to stay. This will be the only time you can expect any replies from them and even then it’s an uphill battle. Be warned.
10th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.

The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process. They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class. After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Right from the get go, he was upfront and honest about our selling prospects and was always great at communicating and giving advice as to how to make our flat as sellable as possible and it paid off in the end. Can't really recommend enough! Thanks Tim.

Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start!! Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully. As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. We will no doubt use them in the future for our property needs for both sales and lettings. Just want to say a huge thank you to you all!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

He was endlessly polite, unbelievably patient, and answered every single one of our questions with kindness and clarity. Truly, what a gentleman! Buying a property is usually stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel so much easier and far less daunting. His support and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. When we next decide to move, Lowthers will be the only agents we even consider. I will be recommending them to absolutely everyone I know!

13th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Sonia Estates could not wait longer than two weeks after my husband’s passing to start their plot to scam me. Informed me that minor repairs needed to rent after the contract expired. No deposit money given to me as they retained it! They ran up 8000 pounds( 12,000 pounds is what they demanded initially) worth of non existent repairs without my permission. When I disputed it, they secretly rented out my home and had no intention of informing me about it, nor of paying me rent!! They also had the secret idea of letting the home out to Capital Living who would charge us a commission, and Sonia would very kindly keep collecting another 7 percent commission too! This was only revealed to me after months of questioning Sonia Estates. They then threw away all of my furniture and asked me for an additional 15,000 pounds to furnish it again! So, they tried to make almost 27,000 pounds from the death of my husband! Sonia Estaes lied to the Ombudsman who accepted their lies that all of the above arrangements were agreed upon by me over a phony phone call! Even though I won the case, they were asked to pay me only 150 pounds! They now keep getting my Google review deleted!

22nd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I viewed a property through this estate agent, and it reeked of a strong food odour that would be difficult to remove from walls and furnishings. When I asked if it would be professionally cleaned or if the furnishings could be removed, Daniel, the agent was evasive. They insisted I provide all my personal documents before they can even ask the landlord, seemingly trying to pressure me into making an offer without any guarantee it would be honoured. They then ignored my email and only responded after the property had already been let.

25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We are so grateful to Jack and his team at Winkworth West Hampstead for their help and support in selling our mother’s house. They were all professional, friendly and most importantly realistic in a difficult market. Selling a house is one of the most stressful life events but Jack made it as smooth as it could be. We were given a credible selling price – not something other estate agents were keen to do - and help in presenting the house for sale so that it sold within a few weeks. We were also kept up to date after each viewing with detailed and helpful feedback which was absolutely invaluable. Jack then guided us through the sale process and helped iron out a few complications that arose. It was refreshing to deal with a team that was straightforward and upfront with no smoke and mirrors to navigate.
