Great value for money versus others in the area. Hopefully the process to completion will be as efficient but mindful solicitors are involved and that WC . Dawson don’t have too much influence on the timeline of the sale itself.

8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have always had a pretty low view of estate agents until I decided to chose Gascoigne Halman to sell my house and their team was so good that I even bought my new house through them. Sam who sold my house just went above and beyond to make the sale and purchase as smooth as possible. Yes the estate agent gets a fee but she did work that was more than expected. All of the team were a pleasure to communicate with, Debbie, Ben, Sarah, Andrea there was always someone to answer the phone and deal with my query. I had to go in personally today with flowers and a card to thank them all. And try and start the new conversation on furniture!

Although Bridgfords weren’t acting as our agents, they were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Harry was fantastic in ensuring we had all the visits we needed to ensure we could make an informed decision. Chris and Steve were great in guiding us through the actual purchase. We have no hesitation recommending Bridgfords Disley.

Dealt with Liz at Marple office what a star she went the extra mile in everything she did kept in touch as soon as she knew anything what she didn't know she would go that extra mile to find out, couldn't have asked for more. 29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!

19th May 2024 (2 years ago)We've currently sold the property waiting for it to go through but we knocked 15,000 off the property the garage that was attached to the property the staff thought it was next door and only when my brother was at the property when the couple were viewing he showed them the garage and also took them around the property I do feel tge garage helped with the sale and I did say this all along any way it sold at the reduced price

From the minute we enquired about the property, our experience has been nothing short of 10/10.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Coral, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She was beyond personable, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond for us. She managed to secure me the house I was so desperate for, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful.<br><br>And a special thank you to Steve, the lovely guy who did our viewings and was always happy to answer all of our questions. 8th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Lune Valley Estates took over the sale of my partners house after having no luck with previous estate agent. Rob said he could sell in exchange for an toblerone from duty free and he did just that. He took ownership of what to do next, sorted out the photographer who was absolutely amazing at his job and the photos proved that! My photos received 100s of comments. Rob is Efficient, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly, often going out of his way and out of “working hours” to support.<br>We dealt with Rob direct but on occasion did liaise with the rest of the team at LVE who were equally as friendly and helpful.<br>If I was to sell again I would 100% ring up Rob and ask him to support.. and yes, I’d ring him direct. Can’t thank Rob and his team enough for enabling me to start a new chapter after 20 years! Moving isn’t for the faint hearted but Lune Valley Estates made it bare able and smooth even though at times it was bumpy.<br>Thanks again Rob and Team!
19th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)There agents are the worse you can ever come across, I booked a viewing from Friday of the previous week to make a viewing the following week. I cancelled my work for the day, I walked down from my house in the rain, I got to the apartment to make the viewing. I was waiting in the rain for 20 minutes there was no show. I called there office to ask about the viewing, there agents told me that I didn’t call an hour before the viewing so there was no one coming to the apartment. Absolutely disgusting and terrible, they are the worst!!!.

My house listing went live on Friday and by Wednesday we had 3 offers. We eventually sold the house for a little above the valuation due to the interest in the property generated by Ashtons.
