16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Roberts&Co were very friendly, however they talk a far superior game to the one they play. Proper screening of people to view as well as collation of post viewing feedback was poor to non existing. They were unable to advise on anything to help improve the chances of attracting viewers other than moving photos about on the listing or reducing the price. Very reactive and not pro-active. Had to pay £480 to exit the contract early even though they admitted they have underperformed for us.
12th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Edward Mellor have so much knowledge of the local area in Woodley, we felt very confident with them taking on the sale and our house sold within about a week. Super quick at getting it listed and efficient with organising viewings so we couldn’t really ask for more!

We were first time buyers and Jemma and the team went above and beyond to chase our exchange and completion to avoid us paying additional rental fees. They took the time to explain confusing legal jargon and ensured we felt supported at every step of the way. They have also offered us advice on dealing with a tricky rental situation whilst buying! They also made arranging surveys a breeze. Thank you so much!

What actually cemented my decision to use them is their valuation and property advisor Gemma, who has all the skill and expertise not only to value the property and advise but also the professional attitude needed to put my mind at ease about selling and buying a new property. Gemma took me through the whole platform from beginning to end even though she is not involved with everything. She explained from selling, the use of solicitors to buying and tying up lose ends Gemma is a real asset and exceptional addition to the Farrell & Hayworth team Thank you Gemma

Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion. Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates. Highly recommend from a buyers perspective.

29th May 2026 (15 days ago)I cannot praise this Agent enough, they operate to the highest standards and are contactable at any time. The people working behind the scenes deserve special credit, that's Ruth and Calim. Flexi agent have now sold our property twice, the first time the buyer pulled out for unforeseen circumstances, Flexi agent then resold to another buyer within a week. Quite remarkable when you consider other estate agents both in and out of the local area had the property up for many months previously without success. I don't believe this was down to coincidence, I'd give 6 stars if I could but the system max is 5!
