They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

The team are so experienced and so professional in all they do , I felt like I was part of their family , nothing was to much trouble for them , I would definitely recommend habitat to anyone who wants to rent or sell . A massive thank you to all the team for really looking and supporting me whilst I was with them .

Nothing was too much trouble for them and they often went out of their way to help a newbie at selling my house. Cannot recommend them enough, if they ever open a branch down here in Wiltshire I’m there!!!!!

Frank gave some very good advice regarding the price of the flat and things I could do to make it more saleable and Jackie in the office was a star keeping me informed with regular updates as the sale was progressing . 4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We rented with Belvoir Bolton for close to a year, from the initial viewing, where Charlotte gave us a thorough walkthrough of the property, through to living there, where Will handled day-to-day correspondence and Roger was always quick and efficient with repair queries. A huge thank you to all of you: the service you delivered was by far the best I've experienced, and I've rented through several letting agencies to date.<br><br>A special thank you to Will for his help with the move out process. He even came to the property to help me put up the curtains! And thank you to Roger for always staying on top of repairs and being clear and thorough throughout.<br><br>It was a pleasure to rent with you, and I most certaintly will be doing so again in the future.

She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me, never making me feel like just another customer. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she went above and beyond to answer questions and provide support, even though the purchase ultimately didn't happen.<br><br>It's rare to come across such a dedicated and approachable estate agent, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rebecca and the whole Flexi Agent team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you again for all your hard work – it was very much appreciated.
