Personable, Knowledgeable and invested in getting me the property I wanted. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.
5th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

24th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)We couldn’t be any more pleased with the whole selling experience with Stonefield. Right from the first visit from the very charming Lee( the valuer) we felt at ease . This was very important to us as we had a horrific experience with the sale of our last property and didn’t think we could trust an estate agent again. Also Lee reassured us that our sons complex medical needs would not be a problem and viewings would be accommodated around him which is exactly what happened.We were kept informed by the lovely Marie about every part of the process and reassured when I was getting stressed prior to the house going on the market.We sold with Marie about 18 years ago and knew she was the person we wanted to deal with our sale,Every member of the team were polite and pleasant to talk to and the results speak for themselves. Our house sold in one day for well above home report and we are delighted with the whole process.10 out of 10 to the dream team at Stonefield

I originally bought my house via Lesley too & had such a good buyer experience that I knew I wanted to use her whenever it came time to sell! Great advice from her from preparing the house for the sale to viewings to offers. My property was well marketed & looked amazingly done in the pictures. I got a closing date & multiple offers well over asking! Cant thank her enough for a really positive selling experience & highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable hard working estate agent.

Lyndsay was there every step of the way, both during and after the sale, helping to keep things moving and acting as a key point of contact between ourselves and the other parties in the chain, which she didn’t need to do.<br>Every stage was handled professionally. The marketing was excellent from the outset, with high-quality visuals and photographs, and Alex’s attention to detail was superb. Once the property went live, arranging viewings was made simple and everything was managed in a way that worked around us.<br>Not only did the team secure us a very good offer, but Lyndsay also went above and beyond by supporting communication with the solicitors and other parties involved in the chain, particularly when we were experiencing difficulties. Unlike some estate agents, she never made us feel like just another client. She has fantastic people skills, was always easy to contact, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br>Joanne went above and beyond to make sure our property was presented in the best possible way and did everything she could to position it for a successful sale.
