9th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)I would definitely recommend Thomas if you are looking for a brilliant estate agent. His knowledge, communication and feedback went above and beyond what I had ever expected. He answered any queries which I had very promptly .....he gave me excellent advice from our first point of contact. Thomas and Kellie offered ideas to 'tweek' certain aspects of my property to make it more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.....which obviously helped as he achieved a sale within four weeks!!! Well done to Thomas and his staff at Essex Guild Homes!!!

23rd Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Would highly recommend the team at Abbotts Rochford. They were extremely helpful and supportive, kept in regular contact and chased replies with the conveyancer and buyers. From meeting Annette at the start who impressed me with her ability to walk around the house, notice all the extras and reassure me the price we proposed was suitable. Then Ben, Eve and Irina who did such a great job showing potential buyers around and helped to sell the property and kept me sane during the stressful times of waiting on searches and all the slow things that delay the exchange, to Chris who started towards the end and was also extremely positive and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others wanting a successful house sale. Thank you

They provided advice on realistic pricing and marketed the property well, securing interest and negotiating a very fair offer. When we encountered a problem with a severe water leak during the cold weather in January, our Agent, Dean Ellis, played a key role in getting the property repaired while retaining the buyer's interest. Dean really went the extra mile for us, arranging contractors, allowing contractor access to the property for us and monitoring/ emptying the dehumidifiers as it dried out. Thanks to Dean the sale was completed on 9th March.

Also used Hunt Roche 20 years ago when bought house that we just sold. Haven't changed in all those years would strongly recommend- This agent doesn't have any reviews
22nd May 2021 (4 years ago)If I could of put 0 stars I would of Pointless for this place to be up and running NO ONE and I mean no one ever replies to your emails, they advertise properties yet do not reply when your requesting a viewing Rude ignorant people do not waste your time with them.

20th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Been dealing with Durden and Hunt since November trying to purchase our first property. Being first time buyers neither myself or my boyfriend had much clue of the buying process, however from the very start Amanda and Andy have been great with us. It has not been an easy journey due to many issues along the way, however Amanda kept us updated at every stage. She was able to answer every question we had and at times felt like she was doing multiple people’s jobs. We also spoke with Lynda at times who was equally as helpful. Overall I would be happy to recommend this estate agents to friends and family and would consider using them in the future when we come to sell. Thank you Amanda and Andy for everything!
