10th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

Ross and Kaisha were both so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process, and have continued to give us advice and recommendations re the local area. I would definitely recommend them if looking to sell or buy your home.

She was efficient in replying to my emails which was reassuring as the process of buying a shared ownership property is a bit of a long one and there is a lot of uncertainty at the beginning. I do thank her very much for all her help.
30th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Rob gave us a very pleasing valuation of our house and went on to find a buyer within a week. Our onward purchase and move to Surrey has proved to be difficult but with help and advice from Ash, we have been able to resolve the problem with Ash being instrumental in holding the lower chain together. Both Rob and Ash were always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend their services.

Their valuation was surprisingly higher than I’d expected, and their selling strategy spot on! My property sold within days of the open house event they ran and got a lot more than I’d expected. All the staff I dealt with were professional, friendly and efficient. I have no reservations in recommending them, my home sale was painless - I’d lived there for 37 years so was anxious about the whole process, but it went brilliantly. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process - always responsive, clear, and proactive. What really stood out was their genuine approach to sales negotiation. They provided honest advice, managed expectations well, and worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome. From the start of our journey, the communication has been consistently great. We had a group chat set up which made it really easy to keep in touch. It has felt like we are communicating with friends. The marketing of the property has also been top notch. Matthew and Adam have both been extremely knowledgeable and given us great guidance through this whole process and we are really thankful to both of them and the team at Lion Estates. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them.
