10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is an honest review of what service I received. I spoke to the manager and the level of service I received from Adam was the only reason they didn’t get one star. First of all the original description was very vague and I had to request a more detailed description. The biggest issue I had was I requested only one thing. My indoor cat wasn’t to be let out so I asked that no exterior door be left open for any reason. I have indoor cameras and on two occasions I saw my external door left open with no care at all if my cat escapes. The final straw was on completion day I retained a set of keys just to be safe and when the new owners turned up to receive the keys from the estate agent they didn’t have them and I had to all down to give them my set (which I was keeping until I knew they had a set). Not a great service and I have kept the video of the doors being left open if management claim it didn’t happen.- 8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Very friendly and helpful staff, couldn’t be more happy.
26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Good experience with the team.
19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Would highly recommend, from the start of the sales process to completion, the team was professional, effective, communicated well and gave me confidence at each stage that the sale was being managed well.
22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Justin and John dealt with 2 of my sales, one very quick and easy, the other, not so much, but all the way through they supported and communicated with me through to the end. We got there guys! Thank you very much :)- 21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)My experience with Andrews at Midsomer Norton is worthy of praise and recommendation for their outstanding professional service. At all times I was kept informed with clear lines of communication and clear points of contact, who were always available to me. Throughout the journey I felt supported and professionally guided. When minor bumps appeared along the way the Andrews team stepped up, and, with all hands on deck, they navigated through to the ultimate positive end; the sale of my property. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Tanya, who was at the helm and who did an outstanding job, and Lisa for her additional support throughout the journey. I would also like to thank all those working behind the scenes. A big thank you to the entire Andrews team!

As this got a bit complicated with the sale at the end, but we got there on the date expected for completion . Thank You
