They explained how the sale would proceed and kept us updated to how things were going after each viewing. The staff members showing potential buyers around had made sure they knew the property. The service we received was excellent and they made our moving experience less stressful than it could have been. We would recommend Raine & Co to anyone wishing to sell their property.
20th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Clarke Gammon provided exceptional service - always professional, excellent communications and were a calming influence over a process that is traditionally fraught with nothing but stress and frustration. I feel they went above and beyond at every step to ensure we were reassured and communicated with from start to finish. At each point in the process and with any member of staff we spoke to, we got the same level of service and knew that everyone was fully briefed on our situation, meaning we could speak to anyone and they would be able to answer our questions, rather than waiting for our contact to be back. Something particularly helpful when you need answers quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clarke Gammon to anyone looking to sell or buy, they made the process almost enjoyable!

Julie was consistently proactive, keeping me fully informed at every stage and ensuring I always understood the next steps. Her communication was clear and timely, and she balanced friendliness with absolute professionalism. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her attention to detail gave me real confidence throughout the transaction. What stood out most was Julie’s ability to anticipate potential issues before they became problems, guiding the process smoothly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a personable approach, and it made the entire experience far less stressful than I expected.

From keeping me up to date with what is going on with the sale, solicitors to answering any and all questions I have had. Cannot recommend them enough, if I had to do this all again I would 100% pick Haart!

Having not moved for 38 years they certainly gave us confidence during the whole process. From our initial meeting with Dan who valued the house and showed such enthusiasm for it & also kept in constant contact with us, we knew we had chosen correctly. When Dan went on Paternity we then dealt with both Brian & Nick if we had any questions and they replied almost immediately. Everything was straightforward until the last few weeks when we had a few hiccups approaching exchange but they sorted everything out, kept in constant contact and finally ‘got us over the line’! We move next week and are so excited! We want to say a huge thankyou for all of their help, making this move a pleasure! We could not have asked for more and cannot recommend them enough!

Stuart was super helpful when it came to us buying our family home in Windsor, with a great amount of knowledge and support - especially as we were buying a house with a big future renovation project in mind. We then decided to use them again to rent the property out for a short time before we moved in ourselves, and we had Adele looking after the property, who was fantastic throughout. She was always so quick to reply to emails when we needed anything, and even at the end of the tenancy when we had a few potential issues with the tenants moving out, she dealt with everything brilliantly! Would certainly recommend Lawsons for any housing needs. Thanks to the whole team.
