Annie calmly guided us though several tough decisions based on experience and a feet on the ground, down to earth feel for the market. We’re very happy with the outcome as are our buyers.

From my very first viewing right through to completion, Darren was incredibly responsive - I could message him with a question at almost any hour and he'd get back to me quickly with a clear, honest answer. He was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout what can normally be quite a stressful process, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. If you're buying, selling or letting property, ask for Darren -- he'll take great care of you.

From the beginning, they were very helpful, professional and friendly, and they made the whole process much easier than I expected.<br><br>They listened to what I was looking for, were always quick to respond to my questions, and supported me throughout the process. I’m very happy with my new flat and really appreciate all the effort they put into helping me find the right place.<br><br>I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a new home. Excellent service from start to finish — 5 stars!<br>Peter you r the best!!

No matter what the query or issue is, he responds promptly, keeps me informed and goes above and beyond to find a solution.<br>His communication is excellent, and he treats people with genuine respect and kindness, making what can often be a stressful process much easier. It's clear that he takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and always follows through on what he says he will do.<br>If you're looking for an estate agent, I highly recommend contacting Regions Estates. Their professionalism, knowledge and commitment to their clients really set them apart.
24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

1st May 2024 (2 years ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

He was patient with our questions, straight with his advice, and clearly knew the local market inside out.<br><br>When the flat needed renovating, he pointed us towards good contractors and worked around our timeline rather than rushing us. When the Renters' Rights Act changed the picture, he took the time to explain exactly what it meant for letting versus selling, so we could make the right decision as a family rather than a quick one.<br><br>He stayed with us from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion in July 2026, and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. This was a challenging period for my family, and James and his team handled it with real professionalism and care.<br><br>Thank you James. We would recommend Wild & Co. without hesitation.

They take care of everything so efficiently, which gives me complete peace of mind and means I don’t have to worry about the day-to-day management of my property.<br><br>Communication is always excellent. They keep me updated when needed, are very responsive, and deal with everything quickly and efficiently. I feel completely confident trusting them to manage my property and know that everything is being taken care of properly.<br><br>The whole team are always friendly, professional and approachable. I couldn’t ask for a better service and would highly recommend Stratfords to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent to manage their property.

However the handling of viewings was varied with the different estate agents seeming to have different levels of skill about selling the house and it's location. Communication was poor. I had to call them repeatedly for updates even when they had said that someone would call me. All the staff from Connells were impeccably turned out and very polite and friendly.
