This is something that I never expected to write in a review for an estate agent and probably something I may never have the pleasure of writing again lol. Jakub was the one who helped us get a flat. He has honestly been nothing short of a godsend.

Even before the initial meeting with him he had done some research and really had a feel for what type of property we are selling and what the most likely buyers would be looking for. David has kept us informed every step of the way and provided really helpful feedback to help us find our buyer. We would completely recommend David to anyone selling their property.
13th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very unprofessional and grossly unreliable. Second time they have called 6pm the day before a viewing is due to take place (diarised for over a week) to cancel. No apology or care, no explanation, and quite rude. Poor management and quite amateur-ish.

Her initiative and follow-through were incredible — she anticipated issues before they arose and always did what she said she would, when she said she would. The whole process was efficient and well managed. I'd recommend her without hesitation.

8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Wasted trip to a viewing. Booked with Kingsbury but the vendor wasn't informed and no estate agent showed up to do the viewing. The vendor happened to be at home and putting out their rubbish. I spoke to them and they said they had not been informed of any viewing booked. When I called the office, got the response 'I'm on a skiing holiday right now, why don't you knock on the door and ask the owner if you can look around'. I informed them that was a dangerous and ridiculous thing to ask a buyer to do. He then said, 'it doesn't look like anyone is coming to do the viewing and I can't get through to them as they are all doing viewings'. Waste of time.

He worked hard on our behalf during negotiations, and stayed responsive and proactive as the sale progressed through some inevitable conveyancing back-and-forth. He kept us updated at every stage and was always happy to pick up the phone when we had questions. Would happily recommend him to anyone buying through Mansell McTaggart.

Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

Molly, coincidentally, moved from one branch to the other and has personally taken care of my move from start to the present final stages of the purchase. After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. 5th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Thomas…rude, arrogant and, judging by the approach, seemingly more suited to being an ’80s double-glazing salesman than a modern estate agent.<br><br>Reading through some of the other reviews, I noticed a recurring theme in the responses: unhappy reviewers appear to be dismissed as “competitors” or “bots”. So let me make this very clear from the outset, my family and I are neither. We are genuine, serious buyers who were interested in a property on Lansdowne Road marketed at £410,000.<br><br>The agency proudly states that it works seven days a week and late hours, yet when we asked whether a 6pm viewing could be accommodated around our family commitments, Thomas seemed genuinely astonished at the suggestion. Considering estate agents earn commission by actually selling property, I would have thought accommodating a serious buyer at 6pm was hardly an outrageous request.<br><br>Perhaps the most revealing part of the conversation, however, was Thomas referring to a £410,000 property as a “small sale”.<br><br>That tells you everything.<br><br>If I were the vendor, I would be extremely interested to know that the person instructed to market my £410,000 home apparently considers the sale too insignificant to warrant much enthusiasm.<br><br>For buyers, the message seems equally clear: unless your budget reaches whatever figure Thomas personally deems worthy of his time, perhaps adjust your expectations accordingly.<br><br>Once again, before the predictable response appears, no, we are not competitors. No, we are not bots. We are a genuine family, with genuine funds, who were genuinely interested in purchasing one of your client’s properties.<br><br>In fact, the experience has been so poor that I am seriously considering knocking on the vendor’s door and explaining personally why a serious buyer has been put off by the very agent being paid to sell their home.<br><br>It all feels rather less like a professional estate agency and rather more like an ’80s window salesman deciding whether the commission is worth getting out of his chair for.<br><br>£410,000 might be “small” to Thomas.<br><br>But I suspect the vendor losing a serious £410,000 buyer won’t find it quite so funny

Jenny was especially helpful with all our queries and when showing us around property and extremely kind and easy to talk to, it made viewing properties much less daunting! I would definitely recommend signature sails and lettings to others!!!
