Even before the initial meeting with him he had done some research and really had a feel for what type of property we are selling and what the most likely buyers would be looking for. David has kept us informed every step of the way and provided really helpful feedback to help us find our buyer. We would completely recommend David to anyone selling their property.
30th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)We had a very good service from Sandy Carter at the Chalfont St Giles branch when we bought our house in the village. We particularly liked the village and Sandy was very knowlegeable about the area also living in the vicinity. The 4 bed detached house that we bought had been empty for awhile and needed a lot of work however Sandy highlighted the potential and shared our vision. From our first viewing to our completion Sandy kept us updated and was proactive in following up solicitors on both sides and ensured that there weren't any unnecessary delays. We are very happy with how everthing went and are looking forward to showing Sandy our house once its is fully refurbished.

Hoping not to waste the trip, we contacted Finn’s about another property and, despite it not being scheduled, Joe kindly made time to show us around. That property turned out to be the perfect home for our family.<br><br>From that very first meeting, Joe took the time to understand our circumstances and how much this purchase meant to us. Throughout what became a lengthy and, at times, complex process, he remained steadfast, patient, and incredibly supportive. No matter how many questions we had or how stressful things became, Joe was always available to provide reassurance, updates, and honest guidance.<br><br>What stood out most was Joe’s genuine belief in us and his commitment to helping us reach the finish line. We never felt like just another transaction; we felt supported every step of the way. His calm approach, excellent communication, and willingness to go above and beyond made an enormous difference and helped turn what could have been an overwhelming experience into a far more manageable one.<br><br>We would also like to recognise the wider team at Finn’s, who made us feel welcome and valued from the very beginning. Our house sold quickly but we have been waiting for many months in a long chain and suddenly had a very tight timescale to find and move to a rental. Elaine and team were extremely helpful. Nothing was every too much trouble and they guided us through a very stressful week. Thank you.

Steve & Jess were fabulous, very patient, & even helped me arrange the clearance of the large furniture. Everyone was very friendly & professional throughout, with regular updates from Andrew as well, it was a very pleasant & stress-free experience. I am very happy to recommend Chequers, as they clearly care very deeply about providing the very best service, with a personal touch.

Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

10th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)We recently sold our flat through Alex, and I cannot thank him enough for all his help throughout what turned out to be a very challenging and lengthy transaction.<br><br>The sale took almost a year and involved a lease extension, a fallen-through onward purchase and numerous complications before we finally reached completion. Throughout the entire process, Alex was proactive, professional and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He was always available to answer questions, chase updates and keep communication flowing between all parties. He is also an excellent negotiator, which proved invaluable when I revised the sale price following completion of the lease extension.<br><br>I would also like to thank Amber, the sales progressor Alex appointed to the transaction. She was fantastic throughout, always responsive, proactive and willing to go the extra mile to keep things moving. Having both Alex and Amber involved made a huge difference.<br><br>The final stages became particularly challenging due to difficult solicitors, Land Registry delays and pressure within the chain. During the last week before completion, Alex and Amber worked tirelessly to keep everyone updated, chase solicitors and push the transaction forward. Their communication was excellent throughout, and their calm, practical approach helped enormously during what was an extremely stressful time.<br><br>What stood out most was that Alex genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for his clients. He went above and beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent and remained committed to seeing the transaction through right to the very end.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Alex and the team to anyone buying or selling a property and would happily work with them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you again for all your help and support, Alex and Amber.
