16th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)We used proctors in petts wood to both rent out a property and then to sell. Nick made the process very easy. He found us fantastic tenants and made renting a simple process with no issues . When we later on sold the property he was fantastic. In fact the whole process just took a few months. He found a buyer quickly and helped explain anything to us that we did not understand. From start to finish proctors have been brilliant. And I highly recommend them for tenancies and selling| buying.

18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

9th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Although my early encounters with City Move Estate and their staff were polite and pleasant, they ended up evicting me from my apartment without issuing the appropriate documents at the beginning of my tenancy. In addition, the hot showers in my apartment were unreliable for over a year despite multiple requests to get them fixed- when, after more than a year had passed, the shower was finally fixed up, the eviction notice came soon after. After the improper eviction they then charged me an extortionate cleaning fee. Would not recommend.

Selling a property can be stressful, but Peter made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble — he consistently went above and beyond at every stage. Whether it was keeping me updated, answering questions quickly, or handling unexpected challenges with total confidence, he exceeded every expectation I had. 8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.
