8th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)SHAMBOLIC. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Accepted my offer on a house and assured me the vendors would not "guzump" me. After spending a few thousand on legal fees and mortgage broker fees, they tell me the house was sold to someone else. DISGRACEFUL.

7th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)The turnaround time between appointing Brik as the agent and getting the house listed was impressive, as were the number of viewings that were booked in straightaway. The team have been communicative and professional throughout the process.
4th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Raphael and the team found me a suitable buyer and the process went relatively smoothly. Communication was generally very good.
2nd Jul 2026 (12 weeks ago)I have recently moved into a rental property in the Hoddesdon area and from start to finish to process has been nothing but plain sailing. I am unable to fault Via properties during the process and would highly recommend any other tenants looking to rent a property to go through Via.

They work so well as a team that everyone is well informed and each of them is equally able to assist with any queries. They work quickly and efficiently on everything they do which resulted in the speedy sale of our property at the right price. What more can I say!?
9th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Dean and Nicola handled our sale. The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money. Professional at all times and lovely to deal with. Big thank you. (Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. It would be better if the stars turned gold so you knew for sure what you were scoring).

The team were professional, friendly and always available to help. We particularly liked that all staff knew our property well, enabling them to deal with enquiries confidently, and we always received prompt feedback following viewings.<br><br>Having experienced another estate agent during our purchase, we came to appreciate even more the service Brambles provided. Their communication, professionalism and genuine personal approach was outstanding. They treated us as individuals and not just another sale, which was very different to our experience with the estate agent handling our purchase.
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Abbey property have been very helpful and professional. I was new to London and i found many agents who dont responds or sometimes change their agreed commitment for a better price. But Abbey property were pure gentleman in their dealings. Highly recommended.
27th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)I was locked out and was told an engineer would be with me shortly due to the urgency. 3 hours later no engineer, rang back and was told that the reception service couldn't help me only log tickets on the CRM but agents should be monitoring.No agent contacted me. If it was up to ewemove I would have slept outside.

8th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)If possible I’ll give them zero star, NEVER rent with them. Their properties are unkept with bedbugs and you might never get your deposit back from them. They are unorganized set of people especially Ben and Liam are so rude. ADVICE NEVER RENT WITH THEM

I have found them to be trustworthy and reliable.<br><br>Update - they recently handled a very tricky tenant, got the place sorted out, offering smart advice about which jobs needed doing. Then they got solid tenants in quickly for a good rent.<br><br>I think they are a good bet for tenants as well, as their focus is always on providing decent accommodation that people want.<br><br>Strongly recommended.
