I recently rented a property in Canary Wharf through Hunter & Broomfield, and I was consistently impressed by their professionalism and service throughout my tenancy. From the initial viewing to the day-to-day management of the property, the team demonstrated exceptional courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail. The property itself was exactly as described – clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The accuracy of their listing gave me complete confidence in their integrity as a company. The living environment they created was pleasant and conducive to professional life in London. I was particularly pleased with the quality of housemates that Hunter & Broomfield matched me with. 3rd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)The staff at the Warlingham office were extremely helpful and pro- active in pursuing the sale of my property and in driving the matter through a number of issues to achieve completion. I was extremely satisfied with their professional service, courtesy and perseverance.
10th Sep 2018 (8 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.

19th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had an appointment to view one of their properties. Their guy couldn’t be bothered to show up, so he simply didn’t. When I called to ask if anyone was coming as I was already at the property the guy was unfriendly about it. Waste of my time
13th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)This is a terrible agency, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I arranged a viewing in NW9 and spoke with one of their agents, Alexandra, who confirmed that I should be at the property at 3:00 PM. I even arrived 10 minutes early. However, despite the rainy weather, no agent showed up. Usually, an agent is there to guide you through the viewing, even if the tenant is still living in the property. Alexandra was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I waited there until 3:30 PM, trying several times to contact her by message. She told me that the tenant would open the door, but nobody answered. After waiting another 10 minutes in the rain, I still received no help. Alexandra later claimed that the tenant had left, which made the whole situation even more confusing. I travelled all the way from SW18, which took me around 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, so this was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, when I called the agency, the lady on the phone was rude and blamed me for being late, even though I had arrived early. In reality, the agent herself failed to show up. In London, transport delays can happen, and professional agencies usually wait at least 10 minutes for clients. Instead, I was treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully. I would absolutely not recommend this agency to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, their communication is poor, and they are highly unprofessional. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

12th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)I chose Vickery to sell my house for me after looking at several other estate agents. When Toby Williams came to my home for a chat we got on well. He was confident, friendly and relaxed and assured me that Vickery would do the job. He was right.<br>He kept me informed about our progress calling me every Thursday with an update. Selling your home is an ordeal but Toby and the rest of the team at Vickery gave me the confidence to believe that it would happen. Thank you to all of them.

2nd Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)The best Estate Agents in the area, have used on a number of occasions. They really listen to your needs and wants and find the right place for you, rather than just try to fob you off with something not right just because they have it on their books. Highly recommend.

12th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is. Recommendation = avoid
