31st Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)We used Linay and Shipp for selling our house and buying a new house, and were very impressed by their service right from the start to finish. Every staff is helpful and lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They provided a professional photographer taking high quality photos for our property, and we had three viewing requests within two hours after the property listed. They were also very good with dealing with different types of buyers, and really stood up for us when there were unreasonable requests. They helped us manage the tedious conveyancing process: chasing solicitors and providing us with regular update in terms of what is going on. They made the whole house selling process much less stressful. In terms of finding our new home, they were very engaging in showing us the property, and were patient in answering all our questions. We requested two more viewings of the property after made an offer, and they were just as patient and helpful as we haven’t made an offer. In fact, we have learnt lots of great ideas on property improvements from them, and are implementing some of them right now. A big thank you to Breda, Jacqui, Lucy, Debbie and Helen for taking good care of us throughout the whole process, and we would recommend to them to anyone in a heartbeat!

8th May 2026 (20 weeks ago)I suspect the site was set up by a staff bs security limited who portray themselves as locksmiths. I called the number I found on this site and a rogue locksmith showed up in my home asking for callout fee he never mentioned when I asked about charges over the phone. Beware!

24th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)I went into the office and said I wanted to visit a property expecting to hear quickly. Nothing. Had to go in again. Not impressed at all. Let’s see if their customer service improves? A nice phone call would’ve been helpful explaining the situation. They come across as entitled and not very helpful.
6th Jun 2020 (6 years ago)Christian and his team were easy to deal with because they're honest and straightforward people. My property was tenanted when it first went on the market and the (necessary) negative feedback was really important to hear. I felt confident that I could be honest and state my needs clearly when it came to responding to some of the under offers that came through. I'm happy to recommend Hyman Hill as they secured me a buyer who was in turn easy to deal with and who paid exactly what I set out to achieve.
16th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)This is my first time renting a property and the second I walked into Homelink I was greeted with a very warm welcome by all the staff. After a short conversation with Inaya and MR Azad the we proceeded to fill out the paperwork. This was very professional and very quick. I thought I would take an hour but it was so much faster. After all the staff congratulated me and gave me a nice welcome box with discounts and a few treats. I have had no issues and the staff are very supportive. Thank you to everyone at Homelink for making this transition so stress free.

25th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)I’d have had an easier time getting blood out of a stone than getting my own deposit back.<br><br>My tenancy ended, yet Gray & Co withheld my entire deposit while they waited for quotes and paperwork. Not a penny of the undisputed funds was released, and I eventually had to start the MyDeposits dispute process myself.<br><br>I was even encouraged to agree to deductions to “avoid going to dispute” and warned that if I did dispute, the landlord would ask for even more.<br><br>If your idea of good customer service is endless chasing, shifting goalposts and fighting for your own money, you’ll feel right at home. Everyone else should look elsewhere.

8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We've been with LDB for four years now as tenants and they are so phenomenal. Any time we have an issue it is very promptly resolved. They communicate very clearly. Our property manager Sam is seriously the best! We are lucky to have them as a management company.
7th Apr 2026 (24 weeks ago)We were very interested in renting a property through this agent and made it clear from the outset that we needed to proceed quickly. After the initial viewing, we received a prompt call, but then communication stopped for over a week. During that time, we had to move forward with another property to avoid losing it due to the lack of response. Only after we had paid a holding deposit elsewhere did the agent come back to say the landlord wished to proceed with our original application. By that point, it was too late, and it was not reasonable to expect us to risk paying a second holding deposit. The process felt disorganised and unclear, and it came across as though we were left waiting while other applications were being assessed. A more timely and transparent approach would have made the experience far smoother
25th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)My first piece of advice to anyone renting with dendrow is do not expect them to uphold their end of the tenancy agreement. You will regularly be inundated with workers and inspections. On several occasions during my tenancy this happened without notice and without a real explanation of what was happening. As most of my housemates worked throughout the day, this did not prove to be much of an issue but please do keep note of these instances as when you come to vacating the property you will 100% need to open an official dispute. Dendrow attempted to decimate our deposit via ludicrous charges that were put through their own cleaning company. The flat was rented out in a pretty run down condition and returned in a better state but £700 for cleaning was deducted from our deposit. When we moved in there were broken pieces of furniture, broken fixtures - again not unusual for London but never before have I had an attempt of £1800 deposit deductions for the pleasure. The real stickler was a charge of almost £1000 for a carpet replacement for moth damage under a bed. When we opened this as an official dispute it turned out the invoice Dendrow had used and evidence of pest treatment was over 5 years old and falsified in terms of dimensions of the room in question. Perhaps an oversight but likely an attempt to plunder money from tenants. Some of the charges were laughable including £72 for the removal of a sign the size of a piece of A5 paper. (I appreciate this is a breach but an individual call out charge and commercial waste charge for something that could fit in the bins in the building seems disproportionate). The independent MyDeposit review was a life saver and I cannot thank them enough for protecting us from these dubious attempts to deduct from Dendrow. I urge you to note down times where they have broken the tenancy agreement as well as you will likely be able to win back vast swathes of the money. They will take a threatening tone with you but remember this is your own money. Better still avoid them like the plague but if you have already entered into a tenancy with them, please be vigilant.

He was a great communicator, and this continued when Sally took over in her role as 'progressor'. She was often chasing different aspects of the sale, reporting back to us regularly and always responding to emails promptly. Thank you.
