1st Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property. My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic. I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October. Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.

10th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.

5th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)I was looking for a commercial property to rent for my haulage company near Bedford, and for almost two years I struggled to find something suitable. Either the properties were over budget or too far away, so the process became quite frustrating. When I first met Joshua from Kirkby Diamond, I initially went to view a different yard. After discussing my needs with him, he quickly understood exactly what I was looking for and showed me another yard that was absolutely perfect, the right location, the right size, and within budget. What I appreciated the most was his constant professional communication. He always replied to emails promptly and kept everything clear and well-organised throughout the process. A true professional. If Kirkby Diamond has more people like Joshua, I can confidently recommend them. If you are looking to rent or purchase a commercial property, this company is definitely top-tier.
