15th May 2023 (3 years ago)Great agent, very experienced. Accompanied viewings and gave us lots of viewing feedback.
7th Jun 2026 (22 weeks ago)Not reliable worst renting experience
12th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Excellent quality and reliable service. The manager( sanjeev bansal) is really awsome. We found a good house from him after searching around 20 agencies around for a month. All set for now and we are good to move in today! Thankyou so much sanjeev for your great help!????
5th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Highly recommended. We had our first rental in the UK with Andrew Purnell, and they've kindly helped us to go through all steps easily. Always had fast answers to my queries and everyone was very friendly. Our agent Frank Mulroe was extremely kind and helpful along the process.
30th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)James Hall has been brilliant, we have had a very good experience in a difficult market. He puts in lots of effort beyond what is expected. I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.

19th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!!Barbara was acting as our letting agent, the property was handed back to us in a terrible state, furniture, walls and floors all damaged. We have had to fit a new bathroom, new flooring, buy new furniture and repaint the entire flat. During the course of the tenancy she didn’t allow us to visit the flat always making excuses as to why her sub tenants don’t want us there. She has refused to answer any of my calls and emails. She sent one email to say the company you had an agreement with as the ‘tenant ‘ has ceased operating and that was all. Do not hand your property to her if you are a Landlord as all she cares about is offering you a low guarantee rent and then placing anyone in the flat so she is in profit.
14th Oct 2018 (8 years ago)You pay money, and are treated like a criminal. No trust, no compassion and poor quality.
27th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Iv been a tenant with briggs&mortimer for a year now and couldn’t recommend them enough. All very friendly and helpful, any problems iv had got dealt with quickly and professionally!
9th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Really positive experience overall.

14th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)An exceptional experience selling our house with Colombs from start to finish. The team are very knowledgeable about the local area, and their experience shows. A big thanks to Lois who followed up regularly with buyers, sellers, and respective solicitors across all parts of the chain to ensure things progressed smoothly. When it comes time to sell our current property, we’ll be sure to instruct them again. Highly recommended!
1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)I'm rent a property.I am extremely pleased with the service provided. The team was incredibly professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. I highly recommend them."

23rd Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Mehmet and Tyrone were able to assist me with my move. Although it’s super stressful to find a new home they worked around the clock to help me find somewhere. Thank you both!
18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly.
We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered.
I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
