She communicated clearly at every stage, kept me updated, and ensured everything progressed without delays. What could have been a stressful process was handled seamlessly thanks to her organisation and attention to detail.<br><br>Her proactive approach and dedication really stood out, and I always felt confident that I was in good hands.

It's a tough market at themoment, but my property was given a high estimate that I don't think reflected the situation. The team are nice but I did have to chase a few times to get feedback and receive a call back.
4th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had to find a new rental place in Forest Hill at fairly short notice, and Emma at Hamptons Dulwich was a huge help throughout the process. She was warm, encouraging, and genuinely reassuring at what could have been a pretty stressful time. Communication was quick and clear, and she was always responsive and happy to offer advice along the way. Dealing with the team was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Thanks to Emma, we ended up in the perfect rental place and couldn’t be more grateful. Would happily recommend Hamptons Dulwich to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Cia was professional, extremely kind and was able to show us properties that fit our requirements without wasting time on those which did not. She was always available and we value the relationship we made with her. Would not hesitate to recommend working with Cia.
20th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I first contacted Tom, then I also have Nick, Janis and Erica helping me in getting through the sale process of my property which is not easy for me as I sometimes live abroad .<br>They are all very friendly and helpful and easy to talk to. I can also go to their office anytime (office hours) if needed.<br>They even offer me free visit to my property weekly while I am not in UK which is really a great help to me and I really appreciate it very much. Any problems I can ask for their professional advice and they always give me full support. So I can rest my mind and I truly trust them.<br>So I would highly recommend them to anyone for their genuine and supportive service. Thanks again to everyone In Drewery who has been dealing with the sales of my property.

I first met Jess when she helped resolve an issue at a rental property above mine, and her professionalism left a lasting impression. So, when it came time to sell my flat, there was no question who I’d call. Jess handled what turned out to be a complex sale with remarkable patience, skill, and good humour. She was always available with sound advice and practical solutions, guiding the process smoothly from start to finish. Most of us will only go through a few property sales in our lives, I'd suggest you make sure yours are with someone like Jess.

We were particularly pleased with the approach and help from Jack Frendo who assisted us from the initial viewing through to settling in and help with accessing and interfacing with the landlord. Highly recommended.

We met with a number of estate agents but immediately could tell that something was different, more honest and personal when first meeting Paul. They also had comforting evidence of selling properties fast within the area. We experienced great communication throughout the process and this personal approach really helped negotiate and seek alternative options when a few unforeseen circumstances arose up and down the chain, keeping everyone calm and then pushing when they needed to. We’d definitely recommend the team at Samuel Estates to anyone in Streatham/Norbury and surrounding areas that they cover.

5th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I would give this agent zero stars. I do not recommend working with them. Their main focus seemed to be securing a contract and taking their commission. After I faced multiple issues with my landlord, they withdrew and failed to manage anything. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing
23rd Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.

What really stood out was how they drove the progress of the sale. They didn’t just sit back and wait for things to happen — they actively chased updates, coordinated between all parties, and kept everything moving forward. Their professionalism, persistence, and attention to detail made a real difference.
