14th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had a great experience with Redwood Estates. The chain experienced some delays on completion day. The agent was incredibly kind and stayed past 5pm to release the keys so we could finish moving on time. Highly recommend!
1st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was given an inflated valuation to gain my business. Communication was good while viewings were being held and sales staff are very friendly and engaged but if you want sales progression go elsewhere. I have been unable to get much of a response despite chasing repeatedly and I have hardly any visibility of a slow moving sale, falling behind by my purchase which was agreed a couple of weeks later. It’s frustrating and I am saddened to feel KFH have moved on to other priorities once I accepted an offer.
18th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.
17th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)We've had few viewings and some very low offers. The market isn't great with apartment sales at the moment- I understand that, however other apartments with less bedrooms and not as nice as ours have sold for more than the best offer we got for ours. Disappointing and the £12,000 commission we're going to have to pay is an awful lot for what amounts to 9 viewings and a poor price!

When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!

Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).
