I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

18th Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)I’ve just purchased my first property with Stevenette and I can’t recommend them enough! They were informative, kept me updated with the progress and when there were delays with some unforeseen issues, they communicated with me throughout and followed up with all relevant parties so that the process would be as smooth as possible. Despite being a solo first time buyer, I felt they treated me as a loyal customer whilst also ensuring I understood what each stage meant and explaining anything I wasn’t sure of. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

15th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)It was a first time i have contacted to Vibrant Estate, just had a few questions about some property to rent i was interested and lady on the phone was talking very fast and asking me thousands of questions which is completely private such as age of all members of my family, occupation, tax return, etc. It took ages to find out the price of the property and i felt like she was only interested to take as much details as possible from me. It was no any invitation for viewing. Also i find very strange that i called to office phone number and no-one picked up, then lady called me from mobile number. Very unprofessional manners. Will NOT be using this company in the future. I still believe that potentiale tenants should be treated with polite and good manner.
1st Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.
