18th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)It was a reasonable experience. We had high expectations which we were told would be realised however this didn't happen in the end.
11th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)I arranged a viewing for the second of September and was asked to provide 3 months of bank statements and payslips, which I did straight away. The agent then asked me to pay a deposit, which I also paid. I was told I’d hear back once the landlord confirmed. Days passed with no updates. When I chased, the agent claimed he had emailed me, but no email ever arrived (even though I had received all his previous emails without issue). After further follow-ups, he admitted he may have sent it to the wrong person. Eventually, I was told there were “issues with the landlord” because the previous tenant hadn’t ended their contract and wanted to move back in. The only response offered was to refund my deposit no apology, no accountability, no alternative property. I got my money back, but the complete lack of professionalism and communication wasted 15 days of my time. Terry, if you are reading this, please understand how unacceptable this experience was. Future tenants deserve better than having their time and trust wasted.

26th Nov 2025 (22 weeks ago)Worest,,,,please don't choose this agency My experience with Kube Homes over the last three months has been nothing short of exhausting and infuriating. I’ve dealt with problem after problem, and every time I reached out for help, they either completely ignored me or responded with excuses that made it seem like everything was my fault. Instead of taking responsibility or offering real support, they brushed off my concerns like they didn’t matter at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and be treated with such a lack of care and accountability. At this point, I’m beyond disappointed — I’m just tired of fighting for the bare minimum.

Jas was great at setting up the viewing, and Aran has been great at getting everything sorted, offering to help where necessary, he even responded on the weekend when we transferred funds, resulting in peace of mind and not having to wait until the Monday to ensure it had arrived safely. He has been quick to respond (within a couple of hours, sometimes minutes) to questions, and never made us feel like any question was one too many. He made amendments to agreements in a very timely manner to ensure all was processed smooth and quickly and went above and beyond where possible.

They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.

Very untrustworthy - hiding key information from you and losing all sense of morals just to get a sale through.
