5th Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)I recently sold a property through Flick's Southwold office. I am not easily impressed or inclined to do reviews, but I am happy make an exception in this instance. The professionalism and tenancity employed by the whole Southwold team throughout the process, helped to deliver an excellent result. Special mentions should go to Isobel (in the sales office) and Sabrina on sales progression (a hugely undervalued, but essential, task). No gimmicks, no promises, just good old fashioned customer service. Thank you all.

As a property owner, it was Very muddled approach to onboarding a property, with demands that changed with the breeze. Courteous and friendly to a person, we had a very good experience when selling our house near Framlingham. I’m sure this applied to people viewing and buying as well. C&S have excellent local knowledge and experience and this significantly helped with selling our very old listed property.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
2nd Feb 2024 (10 mo. ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.

Jade then took over and was brilliant in bringing the sale to exchange and completion She was also extremely helpful with advice when needed. Highly recommend Winkworth Estate Agents

Firstly they actually answered the phone in the evening and booked us a viewing for the following day when we were very keen to view a property! We received a lot of support all the way through our purchase from both Katie Mano-Lewis and Jeremy Montagu-Williams our sales progressor, for which we were very grateful. They are a warm, friendly and professional team who do all they can to help people through the stressful process of property purchase.
