27th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)We have been coming to Suffolk and the southwold area for years...but stayed in our campervan...but for different reasons we wanted to stay in a cottage and within easy access to southwold town...durrants was so helpful from start to finish of our stay....just at the other end of the phone and office in town also if you needed anything...and lovely friendly staff....thank you ????

But I still feel I have to comment on how professional all the team were that helped us they couldnt have been more supportive. Rebecca Jade Stuart and Connor were always on hand to answer any questions about any queries we had I would highly recommend them as Estate Agents and there professionalism.

19th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lee and his staff were very helpful and I received a first class service, in difficult circumstances, during the pandemic. Lee himself went the ‘extra mile’ spending a lot of time doing a live video tour with the buyer, who lived out of town. He regularly called to check on the property, which was empty, in his own time, on his way home from work and he called me with feedback and advice after viewings.- 13th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)An excellent, friendly and thoroughly professional service!
