I know Royston Lund as Mark Evans, whom I dealt with originally prior to his retirement. Royston Lund then took over the business and continued their excellent reputation, and also honoured Mark Evans original quotation. We mainly dealt with Sally but all of the team were equally attentive and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again should we come to sell. Thank you! Fiona and Luca

From the minute we met Paula we knew we were in safe hands. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her profession is clear and she offered us valuable advice throughout the process of selling and even our onward purchase. Nothing was too much to ask and we were constantly updated as to progress. If we were to sell again we would not hesitate to use Paula and Matt at Priory Property Tunstall.

His wealth of experience was evident throughout our conversation and it was reassuring to know that he has strong connections within the wider industry. Gags was friendly, approachable, calm and genuinely listened to my circumstances. At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt he was representing my interests as an individual and helping me make the right decision for my situation, rather than focusing on just selling. Thank you for taking the time to reply but looking at your previous responses to other disgruntled customers, you appear to be not the best at taking criticism nor accepting poor performance on your part. Working in the industry myself, I can certainly recognise a special agent when I see one and she certainly is a true credit to Dourish & Day. She listened to me rant (probably like a broken record at times) , offered advice and promised me she would chase and subsequently update me… and true to her word she was every single time!! To get the good news call from her personally today was the icing on the cake for me & my partner. Thank you so much Claire for all your help throughout, we appreciate you hugely ??????
