We dealt mainly with Amelia when purchasing our new house, She kept us well informed throughout the whole process, was always pleasant and professional. They were very patient with me, and always easy to contact. They accommodated me wherever possible and never made me feel like an inconvenience even though I can guarantee that I was! Thank you so much to both Daisy and Chloe for their help during a very stressful time of moving house.

2nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had an excellent experience with Your Move (Tunstall branch) estate agents. They were professional, friendly and always kept me updated through the process. What really stood out was their communication, they responded quickly to any questions and made sure I understood every step, as the solicitors I was using at the time not very responsive. They also went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future

I can Highly Recommend using this agency. I was not even a client and Alex and the team all went over and beyond to provide me with keys to a flat I purchased. I arrived late on a Saturday and they moved mountains to make keys avail to me. I am now a client, but was not at the time they did all this for me. They truly earned my business and my trust. I can assure anyone reading this that this office is truly amazing, young fresh minds with Good Old Fashioned Values. Many Thanks P.S. A special mention to Debbie who has gone the extra mile to arrange multiple viewings for us whilst making the whole process seamless and stress free.- 1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions we had. Their valuation was accurate, and their knowledge of the local market gave us great confidence from the outset. The team were professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. We felt supported throughout what can often be a stressful process, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. Excellent value for money and a genuinely first-class service. We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.
31st May 2026 (13 days ago)Hi everyone Very poor service. I would not recommend this agency. I rented a property through them and paid an advance deposit. When my payment was due to be returned, I had to send more than 20 emails and make over 100 phone calls before I finally received my money back after 6 months. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this agency. Please be very careful before dealing with them. Kind regards, Junaid Khan

Samuel makepeace were amazing at arranging a viewing and dealing with my offer and acceptance in record time. Fast forward just over three months we have move in date set in the next two weeks time. Ella thank you for all your hard work, outstanding communication and of course being lovely friendly and professional with every communication we had.
