24th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Viewed property and was advised that it was under probate but there was a will in place so would only take 6-8 weeks and would not slow the process down, eventually reached week 24 and still no update on probate. Hunters not responsible for probate but by giving misleading information this cost us >£1000 in survey and searches. Communication was good throughout but overall disappointing result as we had to withdraw our offer as getting nowhere after waiting for months.

From the start, Lauren was so easy to communicate with, kept us updated throughout and kept the process moving with solicitors. I honestly don’t think we would have moved when we did without Lauren’s help and support and we are so grateful. Thank you Lauren!

He was professional, approachable and incredibly responsive throughout the whole rental process. Everything was explained clearly, and whenever I had a question or needed help, Bradlee was quick to respond and make sure everything was sorted.
11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE

We absolutely loved the property and decided to proceed with the holding deposit.<br><br>Sophie then handled the next stage of the process and has been equally helpful, professional and efficient throughout. Today, we received confirmation that the property is officially ours to move into, and we honestly couldn’t be happier!<br><br>Having rented properties previously, we can honestly say we have never experienced a process that has been so quick, straightforward and stress-free. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, which has made what can usually be a very stressful experience incredibly easy.<br><br>A huge thank you to Simon and Sophie for making the whole process such a positive experience. 4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)I enquired with them about selling my house. I decided against using them and despite telling them this, they have repeatedly rang me. I have told them 5 times now that I’m not interested in their services. Each time they tell me they will update the system but a week later I get another phone call! It’s disrespectful and insanely annoying at this point. Even as i’m on the phone telling them “i’ve already decided and i’m not interested” they’re still very pushy and trying to book me in for a valuation. I would appreciate a less intense and forceful approach as even if I now decided against my current estate agent, this whole experience has made it certain that I wouldn’t pick Connells.

Ben and his team were brilliant from start to finish - helpful with queries that I had - very efficient- and provided exactly the professional service that I required. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area needing a letting service.
19th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)I moved in with Northwood rental property in May and Becky was amazing. Very helpful and eager. She's a 5/5 stars worker and you'll definitely be happy working with her.<br><br>After you've moved in however, don't expect any emails back or responses. It took us nearly 8 weeks just so we could have the gas cooker turned on.... The 2 stars I gave were mostly for Becky, but she doesn't handle maintenance. They could do with a Becky 2 for that.

They have been easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond. I would definitely come back to Nicholas Humphreys next time we are selling a property.
4th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)I had mixed personal reviews prior to my contacting Dourish and Day but I will NOT using them to sell my property as I'm appalled at the "it's not my job" attitude. I will be contacting the estate agency that sold my parents bungalow as they were proactive and cheaper fees! They refused to let myself, or my property agency, know the date/times of Dourish and Day availability for a valuation so an appointment could be arranged with my tenant. They also refused to make ONE phone call and contact the tenant directly as Dourish and Day had misunderstood what my tenant had said upon initial contact. My agent informed me that they have tried making contact but are awaiting a response from Dourish and Day which Dourish and Day have denied. When I requested an update this is the response "We will not move forward until they call us with the tenants availability for us to attend as it is their responsibility to clear things with them."

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. 18th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Fantastic service from Wilkins<br><br>We first used Wilkins around 5 years ago when we purchased our buy-to-let property, and we then chose to have them manage the property for us ever since.<br><br>I have to give a huge shout-out to Bethany Q, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the years. She was always at the end of the phone whenever I had a question or needed any help, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>When we eventually decided to sell the property, we continued to use Wilkins, and we have dealt with a few different people within the office. Every single person we have spoken to has been amazing, helpful and professional.<br><br>Our sale took just under 12 weeks, which we think is absolutely incredible, and the whole process was made so much easier by the fantastic team.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Wilkins for all your help over the years and, more recently, for making the sale run so smoothly.
