Really efficient, always giving updates, always available on phone or email and happy to respond to queries. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future. Thank you so much for making our buying experience so smooth. Although we weren’t your client you really looked after us and made us feel valued.

11th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE

Came out valued my house and got it on the market the same week (other estate agents couldn’t get me in for at least 3 weeks) constantly updating me with the sale of my property and the purchase of my next home. I wouldn’t sell my home through anyone else now.
28th May 2026 (16 days ago)Thank you Morgan for handling our sale and purchase. It has been a long process however Morgan has been very helpful and supportive throughout. We would have given 5 stars, however, during the process relating to a red ash survey when the report from the expert was interpreted differently by someone else at/on behalf of Heywoods that said we had red ash; when we did not. This led to some worrying and doubts for us, but this was overcome in time. Thanks again Morgan :) Sam and Paul

On meeting Gemma at my property to discuss a valuation, taking photos and listing the property, I felt that Green and Co were professional and took care of my needs to achieving a sale. Angela, Claire and Donna were brilliant throughout ensuring someone was always at the end of the phone when I had a question. This made the process more efficient and kept everyone in the chain informed at every stage. 20th May 2026 (24 days ago)Our first time selling and buying a home, Abode helped us and we’re always happy to help out answering the questions and providing good insight. One thing, they only have one person who could do viewings ( this didn’t matter so much to us because our house sold quickly) but it did mean having to either wait a week for availability or do you own viewings. Despite that , really genuine & kind people working at Abode and felt supported throughout our sale.

They have consistently been friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Communication has always been clear and reliable, and it’s reassuring to deal with people who truly care about their tenants. The team made the whole rental process easy and stress-free. After being in the rental business for 20 years, I can honestly say they are second to none. Once you sign the contract, the service disappears. Don’t answer the phone, will mislead you and try to cover their own backs. Only positive is the mortgage advice by Roberta from within the branch.

4th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)I had mixed personal reviews prior to my contacting Dourish and Day but I will NOT using them to sell my property as I'm appalled at the "it's not my job" attitude. I will be contacting the estate agency that sold my parents bungalow as they were proactive and cheaper fees! They refused to let myself, or my property agency, know the date/times of Dourish and Day availability for a valuation so an appointment could be arranged with my tenant. They also refused to make ONE phone call and contact the tenant directly as Dourish and Day had misunderstood what my tenant had said upon initial contact. My agent informed me that they have tried making contact but are awaiting a response from Dourish and Day which Dourish and Day have denied. When I requested an update this is the response "We will not move forward until they call us with the tenants availability for us to attend as it is their responsibility to clear things with them."

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish. A special mention goes to Ben Colloff, Sales Negotiator, who went above and beyond for us. He was friendly, professional, smiley and always at the end of the phone whenever we needed advice or reassurance. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommend having Ben as your contact. We would also like to thank Vicki Ridley, Sales Progressor, who was absolutely amazing. She kept us informed every step of the way, was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving. We genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her support and guidance throughout the process. We cannot thank the team at Wilkins enough and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. A truly outstanding service. ?????
