19th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)We’ve just finished a tenancy with Home and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough! After a really difficult experience with a previous agency, I was quite nervous about starting a new tenancy. However, Home completely exceeded my expectations. Lisa was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always friendly, incredibly helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed support. She made the entire process, from moving in to moving out (and everything in between), completely stress-free. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through Home again. I’d happily recommend them to everyone!

27th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)They sold my house within 5 weeks and they didn’t value it too high so that it generated lots of interest. They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

Nothing was too much trouble and Janet and Emily were extremely helpful in guiding us through the whole process and in particular in presenting the house for the photographs and also viewings. They continued their excellent customer service once we had sold (which was within three weeks) by proactively keeping us updated at every step of the way from the top to the bottom of the chain. We can't thank them enough and can highly recommend them without hesitation.

The communication and support I have received and continue to receive is very impressive so I do not feel I am alone as I go through this process. The photographs of my property were taken by a professional so online presentation is excellent. My experience is one of feeling valued as a customer. I am happy to recommending Julian Wadden to anyone looking to sell their home.

The sale process has been smooth and we've been kept fully upto date with any feedback
15th Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. 23rd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)The only thing my hubby and I weren’t completely happy with were the photos and how they had been ‘altered’ eg mums bathroom is what used to be called Whisper Pink, but all the bathroom is pure white! The bedrooms look much bigger than they are as well. I’m aware that in their Ts and Cs it says they can do that, but our opinion is that it is very misleading. However, we do no have a sale going through, so it looks like people looking to move can’t be that bothered! Snapes have been lovely with us, as it was my 100year old mums bungalow, and it was my grandpa who had it built, so it’s a very sad time tbh, but all the staff have been lovely.

2nd Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)We’ve just completed our home move with Moore Homes and honestly can’t thank them enough. It’s been a long and stressful journey with lost buyers, delays in the chain, lots of changes along the way. They were great from the very start, but in particular Helen, from the initial photos right through to completion, she’s been brilliant. I’ve made endless phone calls and sent her hundreds of emails, and she was always happy to help, always answered, and always got back to me quickly. Without her the whole process could have been unbelievably stressful. Her support made such a difference. Would 100% recommend Moore Homes to anyone thinking of moving.

APPLICATION FORM COULDNT BE OPENED.FOUR DAYS LATER WE MANAGED TO FILL IN APPLICATION FORM,BUT TOO LATE LANDLORD HAD ALREADY FILLED THE APARTMENT. WE THEN WERE DIVERTED TO AN APARTMENT AVAILABLE AT KINDERLEE. ON MONDAY WE WERE APPROVED,PAID THE £230 HOLDING FEE,WITH MOVE IN THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY,LUNCHTIME. HAVING HEARD NOTHING BY 2PM ON THE FRIDAY,I RANG JORDAN FISHWICK FOR AN UPDATE? WOOPS THE APARTMENT HAD MOLD IN AT LEAST TWO AREAS.AND ALTHOUGH FURNISHED,WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE TWO BEDS HAD NO MATTRESSES!! FURTHERMORE,WE COULD NO LONGER MOVE IN THAT DAY,BUT WITH LUCK THE FOLLOWING MONDAY,AFTER CLEANING. WE WERE ADVISED TO CHECK IN AGAIN AT THE TRAVELODGE(£70/NiGHT) NOT WANTING THE ADDITIONAL COSTS,WE CANCELLED,AND RENTED SOMEWHERE ELSE. 10 DAYS LATER I STILL AWAIT THE REFUND OF THE £230 HOLDING FEE. RUBBISH,AVOID,GO ELESWHERE!
