Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!

17th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)I chose GH initially because the property I wanted to buy was also for sale with another branch of GH, but when I met Lewis I found him very easy to deal with, and his knowledge of the local market invaluable. By taking his advice on where to pitch the asking price, my house generated a lot of interest straight away & I sold for significantly more than the asking price. It was great to have Lewis to deal with the offers for me at this stage. Finding a buyer is really only the start of the process, where I found I needed the support of GH most was the constant chasing of solicitors and other parties involved in order to get to exchange & completion. A big thank you to Joe too who won't be missing my daily calls!
16th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)Sent a web request for information on a property for sale. They sent me an email saying they tried to call me and for me to call them. Unfortunately I use my phone for texts and emails as I have a communication disability so phoning isn’t a possibility. It’s a shame that society is so ableist. I sent a web request for a reason... for information. I only need this information provided. I don’t need a verbal conversation about it. Is this for information to be gathered about me?? You could potentially have stopped a clients sale here as well as just made your properties inaccessible to me. On the positive. Quick response
14th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)As a landlord, I have reached out to Bridgfords in Alderley Edge and Altrincham over the last 10 years to assist with finding suitable tenants for my property in Wilmslow. Bridgfords have been thoughtful, diligent, courteous, professional and diligent at all times. Special mention to James and Louise in Sales and Louise and Claire in Lettings (in particular Louise in Lettings who went that extra mile to assist me with a particular admin issue I had with a Utility company). I thoroughly recommend them!

21st Sep 2022 (1 year ago)I have to say in the early stages of purchasing my intended property that “ Linda” who showed me around the property initially as viewing rep for J.Waddon was the best I’ve encountered. Her professionalism was exceptional…. Even after the viewing ..running to my car saying she had found the keys left by vendor to open the patio door onto garden and getting me to go back in with her to finish the viewing completely. Georgia as well in the office like a breath of fresh air compared to other agents I’ve experienced from wilmslow to marple who don’t come close. Totally impressed.
15th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)This is my review about the agency. My daughter was buying a house in 12 Dryhurst lane in Disley with her husband. She was almost sold the house that have more than 7000 pounds in damage without any negotiation from the Seller in order for the house to be fixed. When Seller agreed to fix it she tried to influence the roofer to change the wordings of the house problems and the quote after which she had to be stopped.The house have leaks on every wall in the attic which is semi converted so they need to present it in a real light, including the neibourhood chimney that will need to be repointed and that wall would need to be fixed as well, since unfortunatly it will be leaking forever until somebody fix it. I never sow that anybody in UK actually fixed their chimney since it's leaking to somebody's else wall but I did see a lifelong arguments with a neigbour becouse of it. After paying for Solicitor,surveyor and all the specisalist which is around 2500 pounds becouse the Seller kept denying that house had leaks she daughter was offered was 1000 pounds down in price which basically wouldn't even cover for the paint after the house is fixed, she didn't even get I'm sorry for the lies,money and the time she waisted. I'm only putting on the prices since the Rightmove still don't present the property in real light even after it was requested by the previous buyers so there is a reasonable doubt they will just repaint a property and try to missell it to some other first time buyer. This house have a damp on every wall in living room with 22% of it, bathroom needs to be fixed and attick have leaks on every wall which is active at this moment so it destroyed the attic walls with the mould and damp. The house is in disrepair however it is being sold as perfectly meintaned property without even a sentance that it need a renovation or any photo showing the leak on the Rightmove. This is not any data breach, this is legal right of a parent to leave a deatailed review of what is happening in the Agency and spend all off her money trying to help the doughter pay for all the specialist and solicitors bills without any help from the Seller cuz they tried to sell her the property under influence by repainting the actual state. Not even mentioning there was an e-mail sent to her that house never had any damp on it and they knew at that time about the damp and the leaks all I can say the entire experience is shocking some Sellers and the agencies are pushing just to sell the property even if it is illegal.
