The selling fee amounts to a lot but you get what you pay for so it was worth it to get me a buyer quite quickly at an acceptable price.

14th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)????? I was recently travelling through Midhurst and, not knowing the area well, decided to stop by this estate agency. I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge Meghan shared about the local area and the types of properties available. I’m planning to move to the area in a couple of years and will definitely be returning, hopefully Meghan will be able to help me find the perfect home. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful these days, and I didn’t get the same feeling from other agents I visited. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome! Sophie
19th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)I’ve had mixed experiences with this agency. Garry seems like a genuinely nice guy, but I’ve often had to chase for replies. Emails sometimes go unanswered, and when calling about a property, my details weren’t taken, so I wasn’t sure how seriously the enquiry was being handled. A bit more responsiveness and simple confirmations of received messages would make a big difference to customer confidence. The company names Essex Prime Residential and Surrey Prime Residential also caused a bit of confusion, as they appear to be the same business. Overall, there’s potential here, but they do need to tighten up communication. If I use this agent again in the future and see improvements, I’ll happily update my review.
6th Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)Sold our property within 8 days. Brookings valued our house slightly higher than the other three agents that we invited. We also sold for the EXACT figure Ryan thought we would get. If I’d have gone with the other agents, I would have lost out. Wonderful service

She worked hard to show how it could look in a professional advisory stance. I was grateful to be listened to and helped along the way after residing here for over 30 years. I felt in safe hands with far superior help than the ‘pushy’ service I had from certain chain agents. As a single person of certain years, Charlotte Day Property looked after me.
