Neil and Angus were incredibly professional, had great communication and I would definitely recommended and use them personally again in the future.

28th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Walked in to discuss a bungalow they had for sale, whilst in workwear. Had one word answers whilst being looked up and down by a snotty guy. They need to not judge books by covers.

21st Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Having dealt with multiple estate agents for renting (/or looking to rent), I must say that Henry Adam’s are by far the most professional estate agents I have encountered. The first viewing date and time was stuck to. They answered my questions regarding the property and AST terms promptly.<br>If I was in need of an estate agent again service, I would prefer to rent / sell / buy through Henry Adams.

However Gareth’s calm confidence , warm and professional manner in every aspect of the house sale was amazing . Estate agents sometimes get a bad rap fir coming across as insincere I think that Gareth is the antidote to that . He really is one in a million and I would not hesitate to recommend him . Thank you Gareth from the bottom of my slightly wonky heart for everything .
31st Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)I’ve been renting a property in Brighton Marina through H2O Homes for the past four years, and I can safely say they are the most reliable, transparent, and professional estate agents I’ve ever come across. On the very rare occasions when there’s been an issue, it’s always been resolved promptly. The team is extremely friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I’m truly sad that my tenancy has come to an end as I’ve now moved away from Brighton. I can’t recommend H2O Homes enough, they have set the bar very high for what great property management should look like. Thank you so much!

19th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)We have just completed on the purchase of our first family home with Sinnott Green.<br><br>We were grateful to have honest, efficient and friendly mediation through Andrew & Tom to the sellers.<br><br>After a bad experience we really appreciated that they kept to their word in reserving us the property we loved and halted viewings once the negotiation had been set and agreed. There were immediate remedial works to be undertaken post house survey and we also felt that Sinnott Green advocated for us in this instance in encouraging the sellers to act promptly.<br><br>Much appreciated and we can confidently reccomend them to any future buyers.

He assisted us in deciding on the features we were most concerned about. When things were moving slowly he offered new perspectives. After making an offer, Ashley managed the negotiations and kept us informed about progress, always returning calls and emails without delay.

He guided us through the process and there was no pressure or pushy sales pitches. Gary is so knowledgeable about the market, and a genuine gentleman.
