For the discerning buyer/seller - I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using Batcheller Monkhouse. ??????
2nd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I let one of their employees cross the road in front of my car on Greyhound lane, SW16 yesterday. This guy decided to walk in the road, preventing me from driving and resulting in the lights turning red. This shows an arrogance and a lack of consideration for others. Don't sell your house with these (PROFANE LANGUAGE WAS CENSORED).

10th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!

The renting process was very quick and systematic, with transparency, they've gone out of their way to facilitate us here in Brighton. Once I forgot my key by accident and Neil was so kind to drive to the office, retrieve an extra key for us and help us get in. THANK YOU GUYS !

Thomas knew exactly what we wanted/needed in a home. Francis gave us updates weekly, daily towards exchange and completion. Also a big Thank You to Adele too. We are in our forever home and it's all Thanks to Thomas and his team.

He assisted us in deciding on the features we were most concerned about. When things were moving slowly he offered new perspectives. After making an offer, Ashley managed the negotiations and kept us informed about progress, always returning calls and emails without delay.
