26th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)My impression is that none of the BM staff had any experience whatsoever - a very junior inexperienced team, lead by a very lacklustre, hands-off manager. It was clear very quickly they were not representing my house properly - which is the easiest house to sell! It's turnkey ready - presented as a show house in the most-sought after area, and on a private street. Yet i got not one viewing in 7 weeks! I had to re-write all the particulars - they missed ALL the sellable details! Because they were in breach of their own contract by going to market without my knowledge or permission, I was able to leave when they finally terminated the contract only after I brought in a litigator. Horrendous experience. Their contracts are also 20 weeks long! Stay away! Use a local, independent estate agent who cares about their reputation, knows the area, has a strong staff retention rate, employees who are homeowners and have gone through the buying/selling process themselves and want to do a great job.

6th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)The team at Toomey looked after one of my properties (rental) and helped with the sale of the same property after a few years. It means I got to work with Laura (and Kim) on the rental side and with Frank during the sales process. Suffice to say the entire team are consummate professionals who provide a very unique and custom service all round. Having moved the property from a larger franchise estate agent, the service provided by the team at Toomey was by far better and value for money. Laura and Kim oft go over and beyond what they're supposed to do and on numerous occasions helped solve some pretty tricky issues. The sales process was equally professional and friendly with Frank demonstrating good knowledge of the housing market in the area & an uncanny ability to match buyers and sellers effectively. His commitment to both buyer and seller is unparalleled and he remained engaged throughout a very tricky sale. It's a bitter sweet moment that our contractual relationship with this team has come to an end. I unreservedly recommend the team at Toomey and wish them all the best for the future.

10th May 2021 (2 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. 20th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Worst estates agent in london. These people are racist they don’t rent for only local. They took my deposit and took 2 38 days to back to me. I lost very good houses because of these guys promise. Lack of knowledge people working avoid avoid this people. Very poor communication specially their concern only money not tenant happy or not . Best of luck

I was really nervous about selling my house, that I loved and has so many special memories in - so it was important to me to pick the right agent who valued our property and appreciated the efforts we went to, when completely renovating. I spoke to a number of agents and when I met Tom at Ralph James, I immediately knew I wanted to go with them. His professionalism, his passion for properties and is lack of enthusiasm was what really made my decision easy. I completely felt like we were on the same page. I was very particular with what photographed I wanted posting and Tom ran everything passed me and was extremely patient. Throughout the whole process, the communication was incredibly, no matter what time - I always felt comfortable sending quick questions via whatsapp and I would get the answers that I needed. Tom even worked both Saturday and Sunday for viewings - without a question. I really felt that both Tom and Kelly had our best interest throughout and I feel so grateful to have met them both and worked closely with them. We have sold a few properties in the past and it’s always been very stressful. However, this time - there was very little stress. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much again!
