1st Jul 2026 (18 weeks ago)Both managers gave me full guidance through rental set up process, I've rented before but not out of my original home area so respected and appreciated their time on the job. Now got a great flat to start my new life with no headaches.
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We were happy with the outcome of our sale which Wards managed. We had a home visit from Victoria who helped us complete paperwork. Visits from potential buyers and feedback were reported back promptly. Clearly, there was a team approach and Katy, Megan, Emma and Joe were on top of each stage. A particular shout out to Joe for his thoughtful, professional and measured advice on the realities of the property market. We appreciated all the hard work and would highly recommend Wards of Cliftonville.

9th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Update-on viewing a different property recently Liam apologised for the missed viewing. He then made himself immediately available to show me the property I wanted to see in Jan 26 and 4 others in the same block even through this was not booked and he was pushed for time. I hope we can both now put this incident behind us and move on.

I traveled 225 miles to view and Liam didn’t turn up. I called their office, left a voice mail and they didn’t return my call even though the office was open because I passed later in the day and popped in. The lady did apologise but insinuated it was my fault because I booked the viewing approx. 4 weeks earlier. Still no call from Liam to this day.
28th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Excellent service. Friendly, helpful, patient people. Highly recommended.

Alexander Russell Estate Agents - Kent
St Augustines Business Centre, 125 Canterbury Road, Westgate-on-Sea, CT8 8NL(41 reviews)
10th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.

18th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Frederick and Co manages just one property for me. I have been trying to get clarity on my bills and help the tenant with an issue brought to me by the agents as urgent, which I did reply straight away and I haven’t heard from them since. I have called all branches in Kent and no one answered the phone. I called my contact’s mobile and no answer and there are no replies to any of my emails. But I do receive a bill monthly and the first two (maybe three) months of rent won’t hit my account as they say it’s to pay for bills but they cannot supply me with a detailed breakdown of their expenditure. Thoroughly disappointing and frustrating. Must do better! I’m a paying client.
